Car Medics

They changed the cracked radiator on my car. When I got home it was leaking on my driveway and my hood was broke. I could not pop my hood to see what was going on. So I dropped it back off and they apologized several times and fixed everything and made it right. A person that owns up to their mistakes is good with me. No one is perfect. I will take my car there again.

If you need an honest, knowledgeable, reliable mechanic this is the place. They did and inspection in my son’s Sentra and where able to locate the problem and offered a solution. Great service. We definitely will comeback.

Was told by another shop my engine needed to be rebuilt by a dealership. Dealership wanted $3000. Joey explained to me what the issue was and I was able to find a part that resolved the issue without further repair. Joey's advice saved me thousands of dollars. Highly recommend.

Honest mechanics who are always straight with customers. The first time I came here several years ago, I wanted a second opinion because another shop had told me I had an oil leak that required $600+ worth of work. Car Medics checked it out, and even though they could have just quoted me a cheaper price for the same work, they told me that there was nothing wrong with the car. I drove that car for another 100k+ miles without ever having a problem with an oil leak.

Also, just last week Car Medics replaced the water pump in my other car. The following day, it started overheating so I brought it back. They were perfectly honest with me: when they put the water pump on, an O ring wasn't seated correctly. They admitted their error and fixed it, no charge.

Best shop in town. I won't take my cars anywhere else.

Fantastic experience with Car Medics! Joey & Adrian were kind, helpful, informative, honest and prompt. I've never had a car repair experience like this before. They rode in the car with me to listen for the problem noise, provided a prompt quote, and finished the job by the end of the business day. Quality service, competitive price (they beat two other quotes in town) and quick turnaround. I'm not sure what else anyone would want in a mechanic shop. Bravo!

Starter went out on my Excursion; we're full-time RV'ers who were just passing through for a few days, so we needed to get back up & running quickly. Even though they were extremely busy, Joey & the staff at Car Medics took my truck, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part & had it installed in less than 24 hours. This place just knocked it out of the park. Came to him with a problem from another shop, he evaluated it and gave me assurance and his opinion on what to do that saved me big money. Honest shop with good people is worth its weight in gold. I would highly recommend you come here to have anything checked or get something done. There work is top notch and won't be going anywhere else.

9/27/2013-just picked up my 05 cadillac and was surprised to get an explanation and see the old part that was replaced. This was my first time to visit car medics but I will return in the future. I saved money plus I got excellent service. Kudos to the management , you are doing a great job.

Joey and Adrian were great I would recommend them for any repairs including replacing a transmission. They were honest and reasonable and did a great job on my truck.

Awesome Honest Mechanics. Which is really hard to find nowadays. Dropped my truck off this morning called me and let me know what was wrong with it. Fixed it and got me back running in the same day. I highly recommend this place.
