Big Lots

Melissa who checked us out on 11/29 was an absolute delight. We had a good conversation as she checked us out and told us all the great things about joining the rewards program (which we did sign up for!) When we left, we discovered our car battery died. We didn’t have anyone in the area readily available to help us, but who I believe is a worker there (I unfortunately did not catch a name but he was dressed in all black, tan, and dark hair) gave us a jump, literally saving our night.

No long lines or slow waiting, items are easy to find at a discount.

I dropped by to check out early seasonal items and found many things I wasn't expecting. I was overwhelmed by the variety and quality of products. I will be back soon.

They was having a great sell . Throw pillows was 1.99 and 50% off furniture. Got lots of great stuff

This Big Lots store is lovely! It has many items for the home in furniture, decoration, toiletry and "goodies". Highly recommend this location.

Had not visited a Big Lots in nearly 20 years, memories of the dark and dingy Dort Hwy. location were my reasoning.
Love the Court St. location. Clean, well lit, organized. Took care of a bit of unplanned Christmas Shopping.

This is the best location I have ever been to due mainly to the staff, they are very kind, friendly, also no matter if they are at the checkout counter or in the Isles, everyone always says hello and ask if I need any help to find something, it's always neat, clean and organized also the furniture is of good quality, thank you, Big Lots.

I had the pleasure of a gentleman by the name of Dave help me with the purchase of some patio furniture. He even helped me getting it into my vehicle. Dave is clearly a Customer Service Superstar! Thanks again Dave!

I went on a shopping spree over the last week and bought all the🍐 Pear and 🍑 Peach Juice bottles. Hoping they will resupply an order of Sour Cherry Nectar 34oz. It's delicious and nutritious. And such a Great Value!

Standard Big Lots, friendly & helpful workers, store is loaded with savings and all kinds of stuff you never knew you wanted or needed. Lots of treasures at a steal of a price. They also have a reward system, though I don't visit often enough to really see what the rewards offer you but I am sure it helps many save $ here & there especially with inflation these days.

I stopped by for just a water and an energy drink. Staff had no issue with me waiting on my Uber (which is a more common problem than one would expect). Extremely clean and when I couldn't find what I was looking for, staff weren't rude or annoyed with me asking where to find what I was looking for. Very reasonable store hours as well!

Love there outdoor selections. Got a gazebo here about 5yrs ago, thing is still standing strong.

Store is clean. Our cashier was very nice! They have a great selection of items. I will for sure be a returning customer at this location.

I bought some beautiful " Just Home " the Brand of 84 inch Sheers for my 80 year old Brother In Law for his house. They are beautiful Printed Flowers & some were Salamander color & Cream Colored too. And they were On sale & we're about $4.00 cheaper & the other Pairs were $3.00 cheaper.what a great Deal . Thank You Big Lots. It was " Perfect Timing " that I found those Sheers when I did. My Brother In Law needed Sheers. And Big Lots had them . And there was different Sheers & Curtains & Brands & Colors too to choose from. Thank you Big Lots. I Recommend You to Anyone. Big Lots has a little of Everything. They have a Good Dept & they sell Furniture & Beds & Dressers, Bedding & Curtains , Toys & a Food Dept too Just to name a few.

Great customer service which is a plus. Friendly staff. Store is always clean and organized. Easy access through the aisle. Will shop here again 🙂

Been going here for Years.. They have just about Everything in this Store.. Great Sales Associates too... I will Always come back to this Location .

Just happen to stop in with a friend... some things are reasonable but I wouldn't buy food here way to expensive for it being a close out store

Lean, no waiting in line to get in. Staff were helpful when I needed to find an item. The store was organized, but due to our wonderful greedy Covid..... Several items were either low or not in stock. 😔 Customers in the store were concious of distancing and wore masks as the store requires.

Lots of nice items here for a decent price. Not a 'big' discount but some items are a nice savings. They sell furniture here now including Broyhill. I haven't bought any furniture other than tables and shelves but do plan on buying a recliner here. Big lots is stepping it up with some if their merchandise. A nice selection of Christmas decor items at fair prices. The sale right now makes the price even better. Overall I like big lots and shop here maybe once every other month or so.
