Good morning everyone i went into this cricket location and the Associate Christopher was working the young man greeted me as o walked in the store hold up hold up. First off the store was clean it smelled fresh Inventory was well stocked but back to Christopher i had got my replacement phone so that was the reason for going up there he help me transfer all my data and information over to my new phone while making great conversation and he did some Suggestive selling on other products they had in the store. This was truly a great customer interaction thanks a lot Christopher keep up the good work very professional and pleasant and Knowledgeable about phones and products. FYI. First Impressions is everything.

I brought in my Cricket LG3 phone this morning, and employee Alexa at the St. Ann, MO store was so professional in every way. She explained its compatibility with 4G and that there was no need to switch to a new phone for several years. She was terrific in explanations of related items and is a perfect example of why I switched from T-Mobile to Cricket about a decade ago. I came into Cricket to find out why my phone was not ringing. Chris was professional and helped me with my issue. He even offered me a bottle of water as it was a hot day and I looked like I was sweaty. His hospitality and professionalism makes me glad to call Cricket my phone provider.

I had the best customer service and was friendly and helped me out even though it took forever. It was an awesome comfortable experience. It was my first time buying a phone by myself and it was easier than I expected I would definitely recommend going here

Stopped in to remove a line and Regina took care of it all and she made sure that my bill was as low as it could be. Even going so far as to call in and make sure they had all the info correct and ended up saving me another $25 a month. So if you stop in Regina is who you need to see, she's awesome.

Cricket is the best, most affordable phone service i have ever used. The staff is well informed and courteous and have a sense of humor. Its nice to enjoy going in to pay a bill. The reason we went in rather than using auto pay was because were told about a new promotion that would save us money. $30 a month! How often do you receive that kind of service!?

Christopher was very helpful with my cell phone. He took the time to explain the various settings. Know matter how many times I messed up he was patient and pleasant.
