I visited the store after My phone was damaged by water and I had to replace my phone. I received the best Service by Kaleb! He had a great personality, and answered all my questions with all the time in the world, it seemed. He tried every option that he could help me get the best discount that he could. He worked efficiently and actually made the visit fun. It was truly The best possible customer service I have ever received. I had visited the Verizon store in Anderson and was never acknowledged by any staff there after being there for 10 minutes, I left and went to the store and central, and I am so glad that I did. I will always return here to the store for any needs that I have with my phone.

Kaleb was a wealth of knowledge! He was extremely pleasant to deal with, and he was helpful, not only in helping me choose the right phone for my needs, but also in working to help me set things up in a way that made it super easy to begin migrating my data from my old iPhone to my new one! I wish I could get this level of personal service and expertise in all avenues of life!
