Makayla is amazing.I was about to have surgery she help me fix my phone. She is a people person.Very kind and Respectful.You need more wonderful people like Ms.Makayla.With her Beautiful smile....I travel from work just to see Ms.Makayla to help with my cricket service.I been with Cricket for four years!! Kaylee and Angelina were so good help me beyond anything anyone could have ever done and any store they are the best will come here religiously for them but the manager of the store if I had to deal with her again I would go somewhere else.

Amazing service! A big shout out to wonderful training for these guys! I bought a hotspot because I could not get internet at my house. 100 GIGS for 90 bucks! problem solved! Great job to my local Cricket for an outstanding job well done! We're so happy to have this and it was made easy!

You have to have your Account# of your current Phone Server and your pin# , in order for them to proceed with your service with them...they have phones available now for you to buy under a credit line... If you have your own phone has to be AT&T or and open phone for them to use your phone ...they do have some free phones available, but they have to see if you qualify for them first... Left satisfied and well taken care of... The SmithClan
