AT&T Store

Cameron and John from the Burton AT&T store helped me out greatly. Got me squared away with a good deal in a timely experience and sent me on my way.

John later called me, and he was able to get me an even better deal. A brand new release Galaxy s24 ultra and saved me $1,000 in the process. Couldn't be happier with the service I received. I definitely recommend these guys for any of your AT&T or customer service needs.

We went in to get the new iPhone 15 pro max…I believe her name was Katelyn who helped us. But she did amazing. She got us seated right when we got in and took care of us. She explained everything to us and was very honest with everything. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Miranda and Jon are THE BEST! Miranda signed me up for my phone service and was extremely helpful. Her and Jon both assisted in answering my with many many questions. Highly recommend this store and them!!

Evelyn was the best my old phone was broken and she helped me select a new phone, which I love Z fold phone. Evelyn was kind, patient, and walked me through the process with ease. We are so happy we chose to go to this location on Center Rd! Our customer service experience was A+ with Dominic! Came to trade in our old phones for the iPhone 15 Dominic was so knowledgeable, the process was smooth, and we ended up leaving with also the Apple Watches 9 and internet- great salesman haha but the service is great and the prices and deals were unbeatable.

I had the BEST experience with Kat! I had just upgraded to a new phone a couple of weeks ago and was having issues with the eSIM & cellular data. Kat was super helpful, patient, and determined to get my issue fixed and she did. All the while while we were working on getting the issue resolved, we had friendly conversation and laughs. EXCELLENT customer service and spectacular knowledge of the product - she is definitely deserving of a promotion! 😃
