This gamestop is larger/has more variety than my home location, but that's not what I'm here to emphasize in this 5 star review. We called to ask if the Ragnarok PS5 bundle was available, it was, so we headed over. We made it 30 minutes until their closing time & there were several other shoppers inside. Despite it being so close to closing and being semi-busy for the time of day, Lorilee assisted me with an issue I was having where my pro membership was connected to an email address I no longer have access to. At my home location I was told to call customer service (I stayed on hold with them over an hour and never got through). I was never told that the store employee could get through to customer service significantly faster. But Lorilee did give me this option and was able to get it all fixed in 20 minutes. She (and her coworkers) were really nice and knowledgeable as well.

Highly recommend. Bought 2 ps4s and one of them had dirt, grime, smoke and dust and when I turned it on the fans sounded like a jet engine taking off but I called and spoke to Lorilee and they exchanged it no problem. Thank you guys at gamestop

Gamestop in 2022 is Interesting, but overall really amazing still. This is the place to go if you collect Funko Pops that's for sure. They still have a wide assortment of games and other stuff here and demo stations open to try some games. The Employees we're helpful they hooked me up with some sort of free GameStop card and I got a discount, on a Dak Prescott Dallas Cowboy Mint Coin that was already on clearance, so I made out really good there. Glad I stopped by.

I love Gamestop. Their assortment of collectibles is absolutely amazing. Their associates are great at helping you find what you need and recommend something if you aren't sure. The reservation system is helpful, and I enjoy the game informer magazine subscription that is included with their power up rewards card. I've earned enough points several times using that program to get a free game or a significant discount on one at least. Shannon is a great associate and is always happy to help.

This is a great store. The owner/manager and associates are very helpful and knowledgable. Their prices are a little high but we go there anyways because of the customer service and to support local business.

It doesn't have alot of games on site but has lots of other game related merchandise. They didn't have what i wanted but ordered it for me and it was there within a few days. They are very courteous and know their game stuff

Definitely one of the best Gamestops I've ever been to. HUGE selection, great stock, wonderful friendly staff, and not too pushy like used car salesmen. Very informative. Every time I walk in, I feel like I'm talking to a friend. Cool guys, cool shop. Support your local game dealers.

Very serious about games . Stood behind a guy talking game stuff 20 min in line. Kids with me getting a spare controller. Some people have no life. Great store. Clean and organized. Friendly staff.

The employees always assist/help me in any way they possibly can. I always can find what I need and if not, they have no problem ordering it for me. Excellent customer service!

I like going to gamestop because I am always treated with respect.
I never feel pressured into getting something that I don't want. The people that work there are friendly and sometimes they call me to remind me about a preorder I may have that is about to come out.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. There's one girl in particular that goes above and beyond but I can't remember her name. Is a fun store to just browse around.

They had so many great deals. I always spend at least an hour in here looking at all the great games and merch. Everyone here is super friendly too.

It is a wonderful place with new games shipped to it before it is out for extras, let you get new game cases for free, and have games to as low as $0.02! Nice selection. You will be stuck here for hours by their sales too!

Yesterday I went and got me dead or alive 6 for PS4 and the gamestop workers or associates we're very friendly and supportive.The last time I went and got me kingdom of hearts 3 for my PS4 and they were also very supportive and helped me save on kingdom of hearts 3 there.

I am very pleased with this store! The employees are very nice! When you walk in you feel welcome. This is Quality! When you are there you get those positive vibes!

The manager there is very helpful,he has always been very nice to my kids and even when they are busy takes the time to speak to us.
