Sometimes what I need feels like a needle in a haystack, but with Lowe's if you go in line first type in the search engine your item, it will pull a SKU# take that number into the store to a staff member, they all have hand held devices, to enter that SKU #, it will take you to the exact location in the store, it also will tell you online if that store has it & if in stock, how many left. yesterday I practiced it, had a great outcome, staff was knowledgeable of this, and I was in and out in 7 minutes, I'm busy person lol.

Have been doing a lot of renovations so have been making multiple trips to Lowes recently which I'm sorry is definitely not one of my favorite places to shop or just go in general lol I have to say the customer service in the paint center has been remarkable! Checkout is usually speedy and great customer service there as well! I'm so overall pleased and impressed with the services I've received at Lowes recently! I also LOVE their Garden Center, I'm a plant lady 🌿

I deal mostly with Janice, Randy, Stephanie and Marty at the pro desk, occasionally with Sharon and Nell at the commercial sales registers...but it doesn't matter, I am greeted by name and with a great attitude by all the employees in the Danville VA store. This is what customer service is all about. Marty is doing a great job with everyone on the pro side of the store.

Out of the big box hardware stores Lowe's is definitely my first choice these days as I have found the others have fallen behind. This particular Lowe's is no different with its usual well lit bright airy aisles. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for without having to resort to asking for help. Check out or smooth and efficient and there was plenty of parking space.

The only negative and I will say this is any retail establishment that uses them is the confounded self checkout stations. I refuse to use them particularly since it becomes away for more and more retailers to entrap the customers in bogus claims of theft. If it means paying a little bit more on each item I'm happy to do it a much sooner interact with the human being instead of a TV screen.

Customer service beyond the call of duty!
I needed to return an item and could not find the receipt, so I was preparing for the typical ":we can't help you." Much to my surprise Kasandra, who was working customer service, spent 20 minutes tracking down my purchase and processing the return, Much appreciated.

Tracey in appliances was great to work with. I called and placed my order and paid over the phone. When I got there, it took less than 15 minutes to have it loaded into the truck!

Lowe's is usually busy, but they also do a good job. Sometimes they are under stocked, but the staff is really helpful. The delivery service is far better than competitors and really makes it worth going here. In an emergency they even helped squeeze me in a refrigerator delivery even though they were very packed on delivery schedule.

My Lowes shopping were a great! Shopping Experience when I saw all those beautiful flowers and since I was shopping for my early Birthday Present I fount three of the most beautiful house plants that I purchased it wish I could purchase more but I live in a apartment not much room for too many flowers

Went to this Lowes home improvement since the one in Reidsville had such a rude sales associate. I will not be disrespected nor ignored from someone I am purchasing items from! You do not stop waiting on me to help out your buddy who walks up and interrupts a sale with me. Larry you lost a sale that day!!
So, I went to the Lowes in Danville. Had the pleasure of working with Gaye.She immediately helped me with my purchases.She never became frustrated wuth me when I could not make my mind up! She has the nicest personality and went out of her way to help me make my decision on a refrigerator. She went above and beyond! I will look for her on my next visit to this Lowes.
