Some of the people at both locations in Danville are good people. I haven’t had no problems out of any of them. Mostly, URW gives me whatever it is that I ask for. Thank you for my 2022 Hyundai Kona AWD.

Today I got a call from Sherry at URW and I tell you she was amazing. I appreciate her calling me apologizing for the inconvenience on Saturday, which wasnt really her fault. Great customer service. She made my day today. Kiddos to Sherry

I kept having issues with my Atm card for whatever reason, and I called yesterday for assistance. The teller didn’t really seem eager to assist. He just tried something and told me I was good. My card STILL didnt work. I called back today, and DRE reassured he would do all he could to assist. He did just that! He listened to my issue, researched to find the issue, quickly resolved it. THANKS DRE!!!!!
