AT&T Store

We worked with Judy at the south willow street aT&TShe was amazing! So friendly. She helped us with everything and thensome. Got us into new phones AND new watches and a wireless charger. She was so knowledgeable and made the whole process easy and honestly a bit fun. I was with t mobile before and thanks to Judy I now know switching was the right decision!

Judy & Maite are legit the very best. This is the best experience I've had since I've had service with AT&T for the last 2 years. Between 2 different states. They were helpful and made us feel comfortable and helped me figured out how to save more on my monthly bill. Highly recommend visiting this store.

Maite is an absolute GIFT to this company. I came in a little frustrated because i was confused about my billing and am currently dealing with a family emergency so without going into detail, i have a lot on my plate.

She was incredibly patient with me and doing all the necessary research to get me some answers. She was fast, efficient, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. I have never been this happy with a retail experience before.

I hope this review convinces you to give her a raise or promotion because she was absolutely phenomenal, not only this time, but the last time i visited the store as well.

This woman was the salve to a savage soul. I came into this store, completely irate over a T-Mobile fiasco, and Judy solved my issues, my family's issues, and had us leaving the store satisfied and so at peace in our decision to switch carriers that I feel elated with my choice. I HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone having issues. The professionalism and knowledge the staff has is immeasurable. Absolute kudos. Thank you.

My phone was trashed and I needed a new one ASAP! Tim at the S.Willow Manchester location was amazing! I was in and out in less time than I had ever anticipated, with a new phone, and the best possible price! He was helping 2-3 people at the same time, calm, cool 😎 and welcoming. Tim is one stellar rep for AT &T!!

Sarah was great and helped us with every single question and made us feel very comfortable and confident with our purchase even after coming in with a whole mess of problems that Walmart created. She was able to fully reverse those issues and even gave us a better deal than we were initially expecting. Sarah was amazing!

I received help from Nygel and was very relieved he was able to help me to replace my broken phone quickly and with the style that I wanted (iPhone 14 Pro). There was hardly any wait and he was very friendly, accommodating, & eager to help both myself and the other customer who had come in before I did.

My experience with this store was very exceptional. The girl with the short hair (didn't get her name) was very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely return and also tell my relatives and friends where to purchase any AT&T products. I am very happy with my new phone.

Went in to have them help me reset my phone. After the reset, Google didn't recognize my device had to get my laptop and get that situation corrected. But the reset went fine. The guy Tim was great and was able to help me get it all going again!

They were very helpful! I had problems with my bill and helped me with talking to customer care even after the 1st representative hung up on the AT&T store manager! With how helpful and fantastic they are a 5 star rating isn’t good enough!! They are 10 stars in my book!!!

My husband and I were supposed to go to another AT&T store to switch carriers and get new phones. We showed up there at 10am when they opened and the doors were locked. After waiting a few minutes, we called this location. Jen picked up right away and assisted us with everything we needed. She was waiting for us to arrive at this location and gave us everything we needed. My husband and I were in a bit of a time crunch and she assisted us quickly and efficiently. I would give 10 stars if I could! 😁

Great experience; the manager was at the door to greet me before it even shut behind me! He assisted me with transferring all my data to my new iPhone, which is above and beyond what any cell phone store has ever done for me. Plus he did it with a smile. I will be recommending all my friends and family who are in the market for a cell phone or other device to visit this Manchester branch!! Thanks for a A+ experience and I will be back!

I hate phone shopping, but this store completely changed that around when Vicky came to help me out. She knows her stuff very well and made the whole experience far more relaxing then every other place i have been to before. Vicky is truly a superstar. Thank you.

they were very helpful on a contract upgrade, explaining all the options and why they were beneficial. Also traded up on an iphone which they did very quickly and without any problems. Very good team at this store.
