Teresa's Hallmark Shop

Teresa's Hallmark Shop is one of the best in Indianapolis. Wonderful things to see and buy. There's one thing I think they should address, the large tree in front of the store drops large seed pods from a tree which can possibly cause a dent in your car, also you can trip on them while walking into the store. Be careful on the parking lot if you visit.

Very very cute Hallmark store. It gives much more of a quaint feel than the typical Hallmark stores. Great selection of ornaments.

I love this store 365 days a year, but Christmas is the best. She has anything for anyone! Everything is so unique and so pretty. There are great stocking stuffers...some funny, some serious. Just see for yourself. You will love this store!

The store (biggest one I've been in and I've been in a handful) is generally always pretty stocked and the staff here is the absolute best (especially in comparison to the other Hallmark by the Greenwood Mall and the one up by Castleton). I only started going to Hallmark in general because of the free monthly just because cards for their loyalty program members but since I've started only using this store I always spend money every time I'm there!

The employees are always beyond friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and for the most part very well stocked!

Just call ahead because they can't get their hours updated on Google and they are not correct online!

My good friend of 92 came into the store with a walker and I to get a 50th wedding anniversary card and a gift for his daughter and son-in-law. The manager came up and ask if she could be of help. My friend told her what he would like to buy. She escorted him to show some gift ideas and and had picked a few different cards that he could choose from. She did this with a smile. She spent at least 10-12 minutes with him. My friend was appreciative and thankful and I was also. They have a beautiful store and friendly and helpful staff. Excellent customer service and we highly recommend it. Thank you very much.

I stop here 3 to 4 times a year. I have never had less than an excellent visit. The staff is top notch always 5 stars. They always have something new and new products. If you’re looking for something unique this is a place to checkout.

This Shop is always a stellar place to shop. The associates are friendly and very outgoing to satisfy my inquiries. Never have I ever departed this Shop dissatisfied. I will always Shop here first for my needs of occasion or season...

I decided to stop by here passing through Greenwood. I was looking for something for my friends daughter because he had passed away suddenly. The women that work here are absolutely amazing ladies!! Not only were they helpful they were extremely sympathetic. This is my new favorite place to go!

Oh my goodness! Absolutely LOVED this store. The staff here is so sweet and welcoming as well as extremely helpful. I came in looking for a gift for a family friend who had just lost a parent. The selection at this store is tremendous. I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the ladies working here as well, especially after my horrible experience I had just had at Sarah's Hallmark Store. (I will never return there). I found exactly what I was looking for here, the store could not have been more beautiful, the staff could not have been more sweet. They (literally) tied the gift for my friend up with a bow! Thank you!!! I will tell everyone I know about this place and I will DEFINITELY be back!

Lots of beautiful items. I bought a Vers Bradley bag and a Life is Good tee for my husband. I'm going back to purchase another bag I saw. Customer service was very kind and friendly.

I absolutely love, Love, LOOOVE this store! The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. I found the most perfect gift for my daughter who is turning 30 later this month. I'm always a repeat customer. :)
