Constantly having an issue getting my prescriptions because it is closed randomly due to no pharmacist on duty. Then having my prescriptions put back because I didn't pick them up in time, despite my attempts. Highly inconvenient for a busy schedule. No issue with Walgreens in general and I will probably just transfer to a Woodbury location.

Automated system lies to you - tells you your prescription is ready when it's not. Automated-refill system also drops prescriptions for no apparent reason. Sometimes tells you when there's a problem, sometimes not. The automated refill systems refills prescriptions too soon or doesn't refill them in time. The pharmacy staff blame the automated system as if it has nothing to do with them. Frequently I have missed prescriptions because they have failed to fill them in time, although they had several days. Accordingly, their incompetence puts patients at risk. Lines are always long. They're always understaffed. Doesn't appear to be any way in which their overstretched staff can elevate complaints, so the poor staff have to take the brunt of angry customers for the awful but safely insulated management.

0 out of 5 stars. Called multiple times multiple days multiple weeks… today writing this review at 59 minutes…. Been the last person on hold per automated system for last 25 min. Will get these prescriptions and then stop using Walgreens. Convenient location but obviously ignoring the phone.

Waiting at the drive-thru with plenty of time to write a review. This place is the worst. Always extremely slow, never answer calls, randomly close the drive thru. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. The drive thru option isn’t worth it. Recently switched to Valley Drug and have had an exponentially better experience

If there were a negative star option I would choose that. Called for more than 3 weeks, on hold for an hour +then hung up on. Not to mention wait times are a joke! Took me over a month to get prescription that was suppose to be taken every day. Not to mention the rude and dismissive staff. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE!!

This place has went downhill the past 5 months!! I have been on hold for 2 hrs a few times just to talk to a pharmacist and then it hangs up! My blood boils every time I leave here!! Do not waist your time using this pharmacy! The hours are way shorter and they never use their drive up anymore!! I am moving on!! Went there Monday to see if my prescription was ready and they said 25 min, so I said I will pick it up another day, went there today and the lady said it doesn’t show that I have a prescription 🤦‍♀🤬🤬. I said you told me Monday that it was going to be ready. So she said 25 min. I came back 2 hr later and still not done!!!

Pharmacy staff and rude and dismissive. You should not have to wait in a line that’s 15+ people long three separate times for one prescription just bcuz they are incompetent and still haven’t finished it yet. Also you cannot call ahead to verify it’s done bcuz it literally takes 25+ Minutes, most days, to get someone to pick up the phone. I do

Similar to other reviewers - I’d give 0 stars if I could. 25+ minutes every time you call; lines multiple people deep anytime you go… and multiple times they’ve not filled the prescription in the time they said they would, and have downright forgotten.

One time they wrote my prescription on a note and didn't enter it in the computer. When I arrived, they hadn't heard of it. Last time they didn't call me when my prescription was done, so I sat in the waiting area until I was angry enough to ask. Even Arby's knows to call a name when an order is up. No apology from the woman who forgot.

Wife tool Covid vaccine- both times they want us to sign and fill information on hard copy. Know that this was done while booking appointment.Wait time was 30 minutes. I went to government location and was in and got administered in less than 5 minutes

Long lines. Get more staff. It is better to just order your prescription to you. Some of us need it today not 2 days later.

The do not answer phones. I have called I think 12 times at different times of the day. Never an answer.

Can I give this pharmacy negative stars?! I had to have surgery last week. My doctor called in my prescriptions 3 weeks earlier and I went and picked them up so I would have them for the day of surgery. When I went to pick up the prescriptions Walgreens only had one for me. When I asked if that was all my Dr. called in they said yes.

Fast forward to my surgery day. My doctor is talking me through how to take my medicine and we find out Walgreens didn't give me one of the prescription he called in... When we called Walgreens the lady said that when they received the RX it was written for the non-generic version which my insurance doesn't like to use if there is a generic available. She said that there are multiple generic versions for the same thing so they didn't know which one to fill so they chose to do NOTHING!!! They didn't call my doctor, they didn't call me, they didn't make a note that it wasn't filled, they did NOTHING!!!

So here I am, just having had surgery, sitting in the Walgreens parking lot waiting for these lazy, inconsiderate, rude people to fill a prescription that they should have filled WEEKS AGO!! I am beyond pissed.

I wish this was the first negative experience that I have had with this specific location but unfortunately it is not. The people that work here are so rude. I think it is time to move my prescription needs to an online/mail order service.

The pharmacy provides times that prescriptions will be ready, but doesn’t fill the prescriptions until nearly an hour after these times. Today, 50 minutes after the time they said on the phone the prescription would be ready, the sullen woman at the counter said she couldn’t say when it would actually be ready and there was no apology. Within five minutes of my leaving the store, they sent a text that the prescription was ready. I’m not sure what it is about their system that makes it so they can’t contact their customers when things are actually ready, I’ve used other Walgreens where this wasn’t an issue.

Slow, understaffed and close at six now so super inconvenient! Always long lines Abe the drive thru rarely open anymore!!
