By far the best cellphone customer service I have ever had! Always able to answer my questions with out feeling like a burden or annoyed. Jordan & Ian both have amazing professionalism. They were able to help with our cellphone needs in a quick and timely matter helping us find the best deal possible. Highly recommend & will definitely be returning if needed in the future.

The most pleasant experience I have had by far in a cell phone store! David and Ian helped us switch 5 lines from US Cellular to Verizon, on a business plan, found us the best deals, set us up with home internet (which didn't work out so we returned it no problem) and did it with a smile, humor, and great attitudes! We FINALLY have great cell phone reception at our home in rural Southern Iowa, and couldn't be happier! All the guys that work in this store know their stuff, can provide you with pros and cons of the phones they sell (Android and Apple), and will do everything they can to make sure you leave with a solution that works for you. They go out of their way to be helpful and don't try to pull the wool over your eyes either. Genuinely good people, I'll send everyone I know here!

Jordan was an absolute delight! He was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He spent a long time dealing with customer service and made sure the transition of my account lines was as smooth as possible.

We upgraded a new phone last night, and somehow all of the numbers on the account got switched around, and some of the phones got deactivated.. After a very long, frustrating night on the phone with customer service and no progress, I called and talked to Jordan this morning and he got everything fixed and squared away in just under an hour. I was stressed and frustrated and he was very calm, and explained everything well. Words can’t describe how happy I am that he made this stressful process seem so easy! Thanks again Jordan!

Jordan was so helpful assisting my mother get a new internet device! He was very polite and walked her through everything she needed to know. He was on the phone with the customer service representative for quite awhile but never was impatient. Would definitely have him help us out again!!
