Benji and Troy went above and beyond to help me with a battery that was still under warranty. They were so helpful I decided to purchase my wiper blade there and Benji put it on for me. Excellent customer service! I'll definitely be back!

I was in Norwalk for a garage sale and it started raining. One of my windshield wipers started coming apart so I stopped at O'Reilly to buy a new one. The young man at the counter, Caleb, was incredibly helpful. He found what I needed and while installing it himself, he showed me how the attaching mechanism works. If I were looking for an energetic employee, I'd come to Norwalk and try to lure him away from O'Reilly's.

I have nothing but good things to say about my local Norwalk O’Reilys store. There customer service is superb, any questions on parts or if it fits your certain applications they can help. Any mechanical problems with your vehicle these are the people to talk too, not only will they help and walk you through how to fix your problem but they will walk you through what they would do. The parts I have received from O’Reilys have always been great quality and parts and the correct parts for my vehicles and I have never received a part later than they said it would. The customer service is so great the employees there are very kind and helping. Also not many people know this but they rent out there specialty tools so customer don’t have to buy an expensive tool just to use once. They are very understanding with there return program, I have ordered wrong parts previously and they honored there return program. Once again I have nothing but good things to say about my local O’Reilys, I always am suggesting them to freinds and family. There parts are great quality, but most of all there customer service is excellent they are some of the most understanding and helpful people.

Called and talked with Dakota today at the Norwalk, IA store. I have never received such great service over the phone in my life!! That is, from an auto parts store!! I've dealt with NAPA, Advance and others and have found this person to be the most helpful yet!! I not only found the product I was looking for, but he went the extra nine yards and made sure it was in stock and gave me choices of different types of fluid that I was trying to look for. Service like this will guarantee that I will be shopping at this Oreilly's location well into the future!! Thanks Dakota!!
