Food is solid much better than other locations, service is excellent and enjoy the people working there, and lobby is nice and cozy and all set up properly in a good manner.

As to my visit, I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Patient in explaining their TACO TUESDAY DEAL to a new customer. At .89 each, the tacos were spicy and tasty. Tacos were really good and better than the other taco place. Chips and nacho cheese sauce was good too. Liked the salsa bar. Will go back. The food was good, the staff was friendly, the place was clean. I loved the cleanliness and the friendliness of the place.

Been to this Taco John's around 15 times and they have never messed up our order. Very fast and easy to work with for custom orders like adding onions, etc. Great value for the money, this is one of the best TJ in the Metro in my opinion. And I'm sorry but I have to say to prior reviewer if you want breakfast get your ass out of bed and get there before 11am they have to totally change their menu over dumb ass!

Update. Continuing great service. Some nice mex n match options that taste great at a good value. Nice store. Fast service. Food is always made fresh. Just had a Taco BLITZ. I hope I win the Iowa Hawkeye tickets! Love the specials given out on their app.

Drive thru times consistently fast. Food hot, especially the tots! I do love me some tots, more so when they are hots! Fast food tacos, and cheap mexican food is always what you expect. Keep your hopes realistic and this is a darn good restaurant for the speed and price!

This place is great, friendly staff, clean, low wait times, good quality of food. You can't go wrong with this taco Johns. The last time I was there they weren't busy, so they removed the trash cans and started cleaning were the trash cans go. That impressed me.

I also have been to this TJ several times, as I work just down the street. It seems like every time I go there the manager is working and working hard. His staff may not be the best, but at least he's there working and training them. Hats off to that place...its a guarantee that I'll never wait in line at Mcdonalds again.

Top Notch Taco Johns location. This Norwalk, IA location is 10x better than other Taco Johns branches I have visited in the Des Moines and surrounding areas in the past. The two individuals that did the great job were Caden and Chris!! They provided the best customer service I have witnessed in the fast food industry to my recent memory! Chris made the tacos perfectly, not sloppy like other locations, and Caden gave me recommendations that I didn't know about. They were both very patient with me changing my mind constantly!! These are two great employees for Taco Johns that should in fact be trainers for others in the industry. What's amazing is that these two individuals are VERY young, but acted more mature than most older folks!! Thanks Norwalk Taco Johns!!
