The UPS Store

Aiden went above and beyond and helping me to return my Xfinity equipment. He was the only one at the store and there were also several other customers that he was able to help very efficiently. It's nice to see the customer service is still alive!

The Amazon returns alone could drive a mortal insane but not them. The staff that work here are gods among men. That’s dramatic. But the chaos of boxes, envelopes & customers is always handled well. I haven’t had a poor experience, not once, at this location. The customer service is great. I wish for their shake the location was twice the size!

I went into the store today, 7/15 and John and Aiden were incredibly kind and helpful. I've come into this location before and everyone is typically nice but today I was having a really hard time getting my returns together. John and Aiden were friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. I even had to come back a second time because I'd made a mistake and left items at home. They were just as helpful the second time around. It just reinforces why this is my go to location.

I want to highlight a very particular employee here at the Butler Pike conshohocken Pennsylvania location. An employee by the name of Mark, who went above, and beyond, assisting me with not only handling the package from the parking lot to the counter, but was clearly leaving for the day when he stopped to come back in and help me with my issues. There was some troubleshooting that was needed in regards to dimensions of the package, weight, and cost, etc. He went above and beyond to help me out in every way, when he clearly didn’t need to, and most likely had been off the clock when he came back to help. I was so impressed that I’ll be making the extra mileage to get to this UPS store versus the other one closer to me because this kind of service matters to the customer immensely. I ship 30 to 40 packages a day, and I typically rotate between the three major carriers, UPS, Usps, and Fedex but after seeing the assistance I’ve received here, I may be putting more of my business in with UPS. A big Thanks to Mark at this location!

John is a 5-star employee. We came in on a busy Thursday evening and easily admired how well John carefully handled the needs of multiple clients. He’s polite and attentive and made sure that people didn’t wait in line unnecessarily. Excellent customer service!

Great staff and the easiest way to return anything on amazon. Makes it seamless, not sure why the negative reviews. People expect too much, 100x easier than going to the post office.

I came by this store location a few days ago, and I would have to say although it was a busy day, John was able to take care of everyone's needs in the store. He was also very friendly and respectful.

I was here this Saturday and had a great experience. John the Notary was knowledgeable and polite, and Aidan was quick and considerate. this was my first time at the conshohocken UPS and compared to other UPS stores I've been to this was probably the best experience I've had. I was surprised by how fast they worked considering the store was full of people and there was only two of them on that day. Definitely gonna come back here if I need something done.

I don't remember his name but the associate was very helpful in making copies and printing documents. I also was impressed by the high quality of paper!!

This is the best UPS store the people that work there are always nice. They get you in and out in a flash. There’s usually always a line it’s a busy shop but you never have to wait more than a minute or two. These workers are fast and work extra hard to keep everyone moving! The manager especially is awesome always so helpful! I came one day and he was locking the door, to close for the day. He saw I was very pregnant and let me come in to take care of my Amazon return! Who does that! I mean come on! This place is the best!!

Expecting the worst after having a day, I came here to Secure Mail or whatever the right term is for sending important documents via mail. My man with glasses behind the counter, who I never got his name, offered to fax them and said it'd be quicker and cheaper. I thought I was back in 1996 but no and he was right! Saved me $$, time and stress on a day I needed a break by going above and beyond. As long as I live in Conshy, I'll be loyally promoting this place.

I visited the store twice in the last 2 weeks and Aaron was working, he went above and beyond to make it easy for me to ship my products. I had no tape and he took care of it. The managers of this store need to keep employees like Aaron, he’s got phenomenal customer service skills. Keep doing great work Aaron.

I went to this UPS location for the first time on June 15th and there was a young man behind the counter who was very professional, efficient and polite. He printed a return label for me and the entire transaction only took a couple minutes. Didn't catch his name, he was probably around 24 years old, medium build and around 5'9.

Normally I never write a review, but I do check reviews before I go to a new place. I must say I was a kind of concerned of going to this location after reading only bad reviews. I was even looking for another UPS Store, but I decided to take a chance went there. I was prepared to be treated in a rude way as some of here have mentioned...but the customer service was VERY nice and helpful. Thanks so much! :)
What did I have learn from bad reviews? Sometimes can be true, but sometimes not...perhaps the customer was not patient neither polite!
Be respectful and polite...and smile, so you can be treated in the same way! Give a try!

This location and its employees are amazing. Fantastic, efficient, and friendly service. I go here for all my Amazon returns, odd size packaging, and even notary services. I highly recommend!
