This was the best experience I’ve ever had at cell phone store. Dominic is an outstanding employee. He was extremely friendly and willing to answer any question or address any issue that my party had for me. Dominic was an absolute pleasure to work with. As long as he’s here I’ll go here for all of my cell phone needs.

Dominic and I worked through a very irregular issue regarding my phone. He sat with me, patiently and professionally for 5 hours as he jumped through hoop after hoop in order to help resolve my issue. He is nothing less than a consummate professional who is not only helpful, but very kind, funny and engaging. Hands down my best experience inside a cell phone provider store.

I can't say enough good things about this store and especially their staff member, Dominic. He stayed over an hour and a half late to help me and my broken iphone and to come up with a solution for my upgrade. It was so kind of him. There are not many employees like this out there that are just so helpful. He deserves a raise and all the accolades in the world!!

I came into the store and was greeted right away. He walked me through multiple options I had for what I came in for. Everything went smoothly. He was working alone with myself and three other customers and didn’t miss a beat with anyone. He made my transition to Verizon seamless. I love how easy everything was, just getting a new phone, to making a new account, to transferring all of my data to my new phone. I even left with several accessories!

I love visiting this store. I’ve bought two phones from the representatives here in less than three years. Jace made my experience quick and painless while also pointing out items on my bill that could save me money. I ended up with a new phone and an Apple Watch with multiple accessories. I couldn’t be happier with my experience

Just had a pleasant and seamless experience at this Verizon location. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Jace for fixing my phone’s SIM card issue in under 10 minutes!!

Went in to upgrade my phone and had excellent service from Corey. He was very knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. He was able to identify a better plan for less cost and more data as well! Very positive experience and would definitely recommend for other customers to come here.

I went into this store to transfer my service from at&t to Verizon. Jose greeted me with a smile and made my experience at this store very enjoyable. He was also able to transfer my contacts and information to my new phone. All around good guy with excellent communication and customer service skills.
