AT&T Store

I had Gerard from the Aventura store thanking care of me. Excelente service. Just walked in and he saluted me in a very friendly manner. He helped me with all my questions and provided me with knowledge about every question I had. He definitely knows his job! I had some issues with my bill and he solved all of them. Also helped me with opening an international account since I am moving to France. He is the best! Deserves a 10! Thank for all your help Gerard!

We went to transfer the property of 2 lines and it was fast and easily made by the AT&T rep, also covering important details such as payments, billing cycles and available options.

I was a bit skeptical about heading to this location based on reviews I had read however this was the nearest location for me convenience was my focus. J was pleasantly surprised Guido and Yani were exceptional. From start to finish I was met with welcoming greetings as well they were very informative every step of the way. I am very pleased to have gone here to complete all that I needed to. The cherry on top is there was no wait I was there all of 30 mintues. I will be going back to this location.

What incredible service. Joseph and Eduardo were absolutely wonderful. They helped me set up my new iPhone and patiently guided me step by step. Exemplary service from AT&T. I highly recommend coming to this location. You will receive great customer service.

Melba was able to help me to resolve a huge issue with my account....I was misleaded in the AT&T kiosk of target and only wanted an upgrade on my line. The manager added a line selling me phone with it and that only made my bill higher... I went to this store pleading for someone to please help and they were 30 mins to close and Melba stayed with me to help me and call fraud department. She was able to waive the restocking fee and now pending the reversal installment plan. She is amazing and very professional I hope you guys keep her as long as possible and give her a raise!!!.Very efficient and smart as I thought she was manager but she really shows her potential.

Wow. Kel, Ed, and Christian are very professional and super knowledgeable. I wish I knew about this store first. Now I don't need to find another cellphone store. It will be my first and only stop. Very professional, my phone was not receiving mobile data and I was not able to use my social media accounts. They changed my sim card and problem was solved. Definitely recommend this store to anyone!!
