Rite Aid

I visited Rite Aid on 2-14-2023. This is an easy location to find, and it is right in front of the Commons Mall.
There were no issues finding a parking spot, and there was parking in the front or on the sides. The parking lot was clean, and the garbage cans were not overflowing.

When I entered the doors are automatic sliding doors, which comes in handy if your hands are full.

I received a very happy greeting by the staff when I entered the store.

Looking around the store, I noticed that the majority of items were in stock. I have been to other stores and it is the same everywhere.

They had the body wash products that I was looking for, which other stores were out of stock.

They had a variety of products from health care, candy, drinks, movies, holiday items, toys, freezer items, and animal products. They also have a lottery machine for scratch offs or other lottery games.

The prices were on the high side for certain items, but if you have the reward card, you get a discount. They had several sales on which certain items were buy 1 get 1 half off.

The pharmacy staff and pharmacist have always been really nice and friendly. They are very knowledgeable.

The other Rite Aid staff were super friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help find items or answer questions.

This truly is an amazing store due to their wonderful staff that take a lot of pride with their customer service. Thank you to the Pharamcist and staff who were very welcoming and helpful.
You will not find a better store to get your medical items in Dubois.

Great place. We have been going there for years. They are guick to fill prescriptions. The store always has what we need. The employees are so friendly and helpful.

Got a covid test here and it was super easy to schedule online and I was at the drive thru for less than 5 minutes.

I stopped here to fill a prescription and she did it in 10 mins flat. I should have called in but she was kind thanks!

Rite Aid Online, your website makes shopping for in-store pick up very difficult. I gave up and placed my order with Walmart. Just wanted you to know. Online shopping for in-store is not good time to go back to your web manager and revise.

Customer service is terrible here. Drove up to drive up window and gave them 4 prescriptions. They said it would take approximately 25 minutes. I asked if they could call my cell phone when it was ready, I’m going to be waiting in the parking lot. They said they would call me as soon as it was ready. 1 hour and 45 minutes later still no phone call. I call the pharmacy and asked was they a problem with the prescriptions, they said no and that the order was ready to be picked up. I asked why nobody called me, she said you have to request a phone call, I informed the lady this is exactly what I did, she didn’t have an answer why no one called me. I’m taking my business somewhere else in town!!!

Whatever you don’t show them a good rx coupon in the pharmacy staff will take 30 mins To input it into there system and to add to the inconvenience there personal conduct needs attention aswell
