Lowe's Home Improvement

Went in to look for shelf tracks for the shelf arms I have. I think I got the correct things and what I needed. But not sure, I'll just have to wait and find out when I try to set up my shelf's.

Did a pick-up order thru the Lowes app. Everything worked great, no issues at all, quick, in and out. Love the saw!

At this particular Lowe's, I encountered two customers loudly arguing in the parking lot before they approached the customer service desk, insisting on a call to corporate. Despite the disruptive behavior, I observed the employees maintaining a high level of respect throughout the situation.
I commend the Lowe's employees for their professionalism, and I hope the customer chooses a more amicable approach during their future visits.

The customer service at Lowes in Dubois PA is fantastic! Pappy, Corey, and Ryan went above and beyond. Ryan even helped us find a discount that we didn't realize we were eligible for. We will definitely return to Lowes for all future projects.

Very kind and giving people. Hosting a pink game for breast cancer awareness and they donated all the field paint that was needed to spray a football field !

As we approach breast cancer awareness month our local lowes store here in DuBois stepped up in a big way. As a coach of a local football team we approach this month with a players mother battling cancer. Our local lowes helped us in more ways than people will know! Thank you to all that works there. Without our local lowes are kids would not have the pink out game we have planned thank you all so much! Go Titans, go Jens army!

Always have a great experience in this store, associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. Good people, right up the ladder - Donny, Ted, Steve, etc...

Not everyone at this Lowe’s is always helpful. But two were today. A woman from the flooring section (I can’t remember her name) and Mark who I have seen twice recently. Mark is always so kind and cheerful. He goes the extra step, he seems to work in the front. The woman from the flooring dept came and helped with a big item in the bath section. She was great and helped us with what we needed!!!

Had a good night of customer service once again!

We went in for a grill. I couldn't find it. (It was right there on the shelf) An employee helped me put it in the cart and showed me the products that I could buy that went will it. Not pushy but very helpful.

Usually i am at Clearfield lowes so i don't know the level of customer service & the shopping experience but yesterday we bought paint for my moms foundation and the girl at the paint desk was friendly n knowledgeable

So today 5/21 my girlfriend and I went to pick up some furniture for our back porch to prep for Memorial day. We found the set that made her so happy. We found an associate to help us get it. Kevin. This guy scoured the store to help is find the set we needed. He went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. The umbrella that comes with the set they were sold out of so he set us up to be able to get the display one. Dude was awesome and really pulled through to make our Memorial day weekend the best. 10/10 best service ever.

I love this store. Walked in for a pool noodle and couldn't believe it was only 2.35, that's cheaper than Dollar General even and it was bigger than the Dollar Tree ones!! There's more than just remodel items here!!
