Fusion Buffet

The food was good, the service was fast, the atmosphere was clean. It was very busy for lunch but I had no problem getting a seat and food. I went for lunch around 12:30 and by 1:30 the place had cleared out pretty good. Would definitely stop again.

I was on a business and stayed at the Hampton nearby, so I decided to stop by to pick up some food for dinner as I didn’t want to dine in.
The hostess was really nice and friendly, and showed me where the takeout boxes are, including soup container.
The restaurant was busy with lots of customers which is always a good sign. And the chefs were switching out new food for us.
I picked up some fried rice, chicken teriyaki, general tso chicken, honey chicken, dumplings, green bean and sweet and sour soup. Everything was really good, hot and tasty.
I would definitely come back and recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family.

Today is Tuesday, Feb 27th, 2024, Our first time at this buffet, 4:30pm, the hubby and I, the place was clean, ladies restroom was clean, even with a language barrier, our server was nice and attentive, and cleared our finished plates quickly, checked for drink refills and brought extra napkins, the food was very good, a lot of various foods, Chinese & American, and a plentiful dessert bar too, the hibachi grill was open so I made a plate for the cook to grill, that was also very good..
The hot buffet foods were well heated, the cold areas, cold and iced, everything was fresh and tastey, nothing looked old or dried out, we both ate our fill and 5 hours later, NO signs of food poisoning as others have claimed in reviews.
We would recommend this restaurant for sure and will be definitely be going back when we're craving Chinese food. 😋
We're an older couple and I waitressed for 15+ years, we've dined at some pretty good places and some pretty bad places, but truthfully speaking, we can't find anything negative to say.
The only downside is, most Chinese Restaurants or any restaurant in general, you pay after you're done and ready to leave.. Here you pay upfront just like it was when it was a Bonnaza years ago. Accepts all the major credit cards, cash, NO checks as per the sign. Paying ahead, and putting the tip on before even being seated, that is limiting how much we want to tip our server when we could tip more after our meal based on the service we receive vs leaving a 'general' tip amount. I would strongly suggest they change that, I'm sure the servers would appreciate that, and customers who tip based on server quality would like it too, we live in a 'card' world and most ppl don't carry cash, so these servers are stuck with either no tip or a general/minimal when paying up front. That's the only thing I'd change..

I would say that is the best Chinese buffet I ever had since we moved to the US.
Food is always fresh. Noodles are chewy like they should.
One thing: lobster on Sunday seems overcooked. But at that price, I can do with it!

Loved this place! Very clean, nice variety of fresh food and ice cream. Don't come thru here often but I would make this my "go to" restaurant.

I visited DeBois for work and when was searching for a place to eat, asked local people where I should be going to. Most of the people recommended this buffet. When got here, I realized why. Nice and friendly staff, great food selection and overall was a good experience. Thanks, guys, for sitting me next to the electrical socket! Hope to be back soon.

This brand new Dubois restaurant was quite busy on its first day but many patrons left very happy. We had a short wait and after paying were shown our table. The banquet seating has ample room for anyone to sit and relax. The buffet has a wide variety of food to choose from. It has a salad section, sushi section, great soups, an American section, and traditional Asian fare. On the far left hand side is the grill to order hibatchi items. The wonton soup, teriyaki chicken on a stick was awesome. It is a nice addition to the dubois food scene.

I was traveling from New York going home to Iowa and we stopped in town to get a hotel for the night to get some well needed rest since my wife and I had been on the road for Hours! We booked our room and after finding out we had to wait for the room to be ready we decided we would go out and have dinner to give them time to ready our room. We stopped here because we were craving Chinese or Asian foods! LET ME JUST SAY I DONT REGRET IT! This place is amazing I wish I could pack it up and bring it to Iowa we need a place like this. This is hands down the best buffet I have eaten at.

Sunday buffet is the best here for all food lovers!!!! They have amazing ribs, great crawfish, and fresh cooked crab all day long on Sunday.

Absolutely wonderful atmosphere respectful and attentive staff grade A+ food quality in my opinion as well
