Busy but pharmacy staff were very helpful (and nice). They knew many customers by name and were very patient and explained things well. I liked the drive thru option as well, will need to try it next time. The store was clean, we'll stocked and well lit. With the large trees along the road, the building is difficult to see, once you get around to the parking lot, the entrance is on the south west corner.

This pharmacy does their absolute best! They went above and beyond for my daughter with special needs this week! Sometimes, our anger is misplaced- pharmacies, pharmacy techs, and pharmacist work their butts off! A thank you to them goes a long way! The stuff they have to deal with everyday is a LOT- BE KIND!

I was trying to transfer a prescription to this Pharmacy and Danielle worked so hard to get through to the other prescribing pharmacy that was two time zones away and spent a lot of time helping me. I am very grateful for her kindness. I have had several great experiences with this pharmacy in the last couple of months and have been impressed that with the shortage of workers, they are doing an amazing job. Thank you!

I had the best customer service experience at Walgreens Birkdale. I had a serious problem that was no fault of Walgreens. However, Dee Jumped on it and solved my issue. She went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. She was amazing and I am very thankful for her help.

Misa is great. Also, a cashier helped me to find a good coupon when I lost my own. Very great service.

Good neighborhood pharmacy and shopping store

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this walgreens. Its walgreens. Folks there have always been nice, to me anyway. Ot convenient. The only draw back is that there hours arent as advertised. I think they are open till 10 but on a couple of occasions they have been closed prior to that

nice store hidden area. They did however change the cashier when i wanted to checkout. The item I wanted to get to said buy 1 at $2.79 get 2 free but the shelf tag said $3.79

I live right behind this walgreen I’m here every other day it seems. The employees are great and helpful but this one lady seems to not like being a cashier she was extremely rude and disrespectful I didn’t get her name but she has boy short hair maybe she wasn’t having a good day, but she most definitely ruined my day!!

Why do the times for Friday and Saturday say open until 12am? Every single time I come to this Walgreens after 10pm it's closed. Either fix the times that are listed to match with the actual times, or figure it out.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. My doctor sent in a prescription at 8:30 am. It is now 6 pm. Still now ready and no one will answer the phone. I’m just thankful that it’s not an extreme health situation. I made the wrong decision my sending my prescriptions to this location. I’m contacting corporate about this. Ridiculous!!!
