I took my friend, Dave, to get a new phone; Liam (There's an 'h' in there, but I don't quite remember where.) hooked him up with a better phone, better plan, autopay, and his veteran's discount- overall, made his life a lot easier. Had a great customer experience! Thank you, Liahm!

Went to get a new account open and Nick S. was a huge help. He even suggested the home internet (which I highly suggest getting). His service and hospitality was great. Every employee in the store had a positive attitude. I highly recommend this store for future services.

I WENT TO VERIZON TODAY I WAS SO UNHAPPY ABOUT T MOBILE TERRIBLE SERVICE SO I JUST HAPPENED TO HAVE BUDDY THAT RAN INTO CHRIS ROBINSON AND HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH NOTHING BUT EXCELLENT AND THE BEST QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER HAD I ALMOST FELT LIKE I MET JESUS I WILL NOT COME BACK TO VERIZON IF CHRIS I NEED CHRIS TO NE HERE BECAUSE I ONLY CONTINUE MY PLAN WITH CHRIS!!!!!!!!! :)

Nico here is awesome!! Talk about great customer service!!! To be honest no one but him spoke to me as I walked in as the ONLY customer. Mind you there’s a white lady blonde hair and 2 other white guys. They don’t make eye contact just sitting there rude as hell. I don’t leave reviews but when somebody treats you like a human out all those others means a lot! Thanks Nico remain nice and humble and put customers first. We live in a world where it’s ok to overlook people that’s not your color or preference. Sucks. But yeah.

Nickp⁰0 is a dream salesman! He's clear, patient, and amiable. What is usually a stressful scenario, picking out a phone and plan, he made easy. Highly recommend Nick!

Niko spent nearly 4 hours setting up my new iPhone and Apple Watch. When I walked into Verizon my older iPhone wouldn’t process calls or texts, and I was traveling, so very frustrating. He was patient, clearly explained my options, set up the equipment and gave me an option to save $40/month by going to “auto pay” 👍🏻

This was the second time at this Verizon Wireless location where the service was exceptional. My first experience was with an over accommodating staff member who helped me set up my new phone and has since left due to moving out of town. Today Nico provided fantastic services with my mom and myself by taking the time to fulfill our needs and set us up with beneficial services. He also held the door open for her upon entering the store and leaving it. While we did not directly interact with Nico’s co-workers they provided supportive services which were greatly appreciated.

I always have a good experience at this Verizon location. Today Nick helped me get a new SIM card and he was super friendly and time efficient. 10/10 recommend this location.

So my iPhone XR had been acting up for sometime and I finally decided to go to Verizon and see if I could get it fixed or upgraded. Now I dread going to Verizon cause my past experiences haven’t been great. I expected to walk in with a line around the block and screaming people. Instead I was met by an extremely helpful staff and one of the best employees in the company. Chris sat down with me and got me set up with a new iPhone and I didn’t have to do a thing. He was extremely friendly and made sure I got all I needed without pressuring into anything more. Great store great staff and Chris…he deserves a raise.

Nick was 5 stars. Walked me through all the questions I had and he is very knowledgeable.

Marcos was very attentive when my husband I stopped in to change our service from Tmobile to Verizon. I didn't realize it while we were in the time slipped by past closing. I felt bad, but Marcos was so kind and finished our transaction with a smile. He was attentive to other customers while helping us as well. Great person ya got there. :)

Niko was awesome, I got a new phone but I like how personable he was and he made me feel comfortable in getting a new phone. I was skeptical at first because I’ve had trouble in the past with other Verizon stores but they were amazing and knew the answer to every question I had. It was very painless. I definitely recommend Niko when you come to this store!

I’ve been a Verizon customer for many years - had an issue with the billing when upgrading my phone and I just want to say how resourceful the reps are in this store. Chris was able to quickly root the problem and answered all my questions. Great customer service and incredibly resourceful staff. Go here if you have any problems.

I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and I've interacted with A LOT of people and several locations over the years and this place is outstanding, specifically Nico. I was very hesitant to upgrade my phone because of voicemails, emails and videos I had of a family member that passed away and was terrified to lose them. He was very empathetic and assured me we could get them on a new phone. We had a few issues with my old phone transferring the data and he went above and beyond to make it happen. He took the time to make sure I was completely comfortable (even asking me to double check the old phone) before wiping my old phone. I can't express how grateful I am for his kindness and diligence. He provided excellent customer service, I hope he is at this location for a long time. I HIGHLY recommend asking for him!
