Enjoyable breakfast, lunch restaurant with an atmosphere of warm beaches, surfing and water play on TV, bright with great music in the background. Brightens your day. I had a Denver omelette with grits and gluten-free toast. Plenty of coffee served by a friendly waitress. The grits were the best I have had. I was born in the south. Not sure what the secret ingredient was, but was salted and peppered. Top notch breakfast at lunch. Would return. Downside is not the healthiest menu options, although there was gluten-free, salads and soups, so a variety. I would return, you should try it. Especially in the middle of winter with the warm tropical looks.

This place is always so good! The eggs Benedict is delicious, and the staff is very attentive and courteous. Cheryl is the best!

First Time going to this breakfast place and I have to say, it was a great experience. The server was nice and fast. Their homemade corned beef hash was delicious. My food was delicious. I got steak (med rare) and eggs (over med) they were cook perfectly. Try this place for breakfast and you'll start a great day 😀

We arrived at about 8:30 AM and waited just a few minutes to be seated. I had the best bowl of yogurt and fruit! The fruit & topping is layered with the yogurt, not just put on top, and it’s a generous serving. I didn’t have to make a mess stirring it up. It came with a really good blueberry muffin. By the time I ate the yogurt and half the muffin I was full! Hubs had blueberry pancakes with a side of bacon. He cleaned his plate. Coffee is good, too! There are beautiful paintings adorning the walls by Britta Franz to feast your eyes on. Service was excellent from our cheerful server. Highly recommended!

I’m very impressed with the food quality. First time customer, I placed a take out order of eggs benedict with home fries and a side of bacon. Everything was still warm when I got home and presented well. The hollandaise sauce was delicious and the home fries were seasoned and crunchy. Food was ready in 10-15 minutes and staff was nice. Will definitely be back!

Amazing hollandaise sauce....eggs are poached perfect every time....great pancakes and french toast too ...one of my favorite places to get breakfast...never a bad meal.

Veggie omelette so good and 😋 tasty! Waitress was very nice ! Welcoming and calm environment, enjoyed country music while enjoying my breakfast meal lunch time ! Definitely will come back here again! Highly recommend this cafe to anyone who want delicious meal !

The food was delicious and filling. From the previous review I agree with the comment about the server Kim, which she was very pleasant and helpful. We order the famous breakfast, side of grits and the Denver omelet, side of home fries. There is seating outside, a little to chilly for me.

First time stopping here. Needed breakfast on our way to visit family Food was very good. It was busy but our service was great.

Really enjoyed breakfast here...food was very good...and portions were large...coffee was very good and there was a selection of flavored creamers...service was excellent and they even gave us a refill to go...highly recommend

Just finished a nice breakfast on the patio. Good coffee with a variety of creamers. Fresh homemade muffins. I had the French toast crunch, that was very good, my wife had their protein egg white wrap which was also very good .

Sunny street is a nice place to go for breakfast or lunch. Friendly staff, good food, nice decor, and a patio with a water feature. Be aware that they are only open until 2:30 in the afternoon. I just wish they were open a little bit later.

Very good! The owners were so nice and the food was excellent. The Baja Omelette was delicious and the kids got the cinnamon roll pancakes which they loved! The fruit was also freshly cut!

This restaurant was amazing and great service. They filled my dog bowl with water too. I had the chicken salad sandwich and a salad. It was awesome. Well worth the stop!!!

The breakfast was delicious! Wonderful atmosphere, efficient waitress that got us back on the road to finish our vacation from Floriduh. 😆

Always good food, quality food. Great service 95% of the time (we've had slow servers but it happens everywhere). We love coming here especially for breakfast. Try the Sunny Street Benedict. Awesome every time!

Oh my goodness this was the best breakfast I’ve had in months. The atmosphere was great and the service was great despite it being packed. Our waitress was Kim and she just the best. Coffee was great and hot, cups always full. We got the King CFS and it was so good. Very filling and well worth the price. Kim was seriously amazing and super nice. The homemade hot sauce was great on the eggs, which were nice a fluffy and you could tell they were fresh. The hash browns were super delicious. And we got coffee to go which was perfect for a snowy day!

First, three cheers to our Server, Brandi, who speedily took and delivered our drink orders. When I asked for real milk for my coffee, she offered that half and half was also available, yum. Once our food was served, she twice checked in to ensure that all was well and to refill our drinks. Thanks, Brandi.

I had a Pick Two combo of half a sandwich (Southwest turkey) and a small salad (Berries and Avocado.) The salad was a cereal-sized bowl full of toppings on fresh greens, and I ate every bite. The sandwich was thick and flavorful. I took a good portion home. The large pickle was crisp and tangy. My spouse had the Chipotle Chicken Sandwich with a side of fries. He reported that it was delicious and just the right amount of heat. He kindly shared some of the large, juicy tomato slices which were dusted with the chipotle powder. He chose to have french fries as his side. I swiped his pickle!

We came for lunch about 1:30, yet the restroom was still tidy and fully stocked. There was a changing table and the handicap stall was large enough for someone using a wheelchair to have privacy when transferring to the commode. Plenty of parking and in pleasant weather, there was a large patio.
