Purchased our washer and dryer set her and couldn’t be happier. Saleswoman was amazing. Made sure we had everything we needed to properly install and got us a great deal on the extended warranty. We’re going back soon for our new refrigerator. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

First time I had ever been to a Lowe's. Very well stocked and organized. I like the fact you can go pull up the Lowe's store you're going to without downloading another app to see if what you're getting is in stock! They'll even tell you the aisles and bay numbers! However, and it's only temporary, some things didn't match but an associate told me they're doing a "reset." The employees are outstanding, knowledgeable and friendly. The only drawback is the self check-outs. If using those they are not well spaced, and while they have safety measures for Covid in place, it is somewhat challenging to maintain social distancing, and most people I find aren't really to bright to figure it out on their own.

The Prodesk personnel in this store are all great. I have never needed something that they couldn't get.Recently I needed 25,000 linear feet of a particular woodbase. I had called everyone from Dallas Texas to phoenix arizona and couldn't get what I wanted at a reasonable price. Then I called Amber at the Lowes on twelfth street in Albuquerque New Mexico. I explained what I wanted and she went to work. She took the time to send me pictures of different woodbase. She worked up several quotes. Basically, she went above and beyond to help me get what I needed and the price was better than I could have ever hoped for. If you are reading this and ever need any Pro help call the Pros at Lowes on Twelfth street in Albuquerque New Mexico. AMBER KNOWS.

Lowe's is pretty nice and the person that helped me find the the stuff I need it was very appreciated he was pretty good worker and showing me where everything was and what I might need and stuff like that it was a number 10 playing for

Came to get some steel sheet metal for working on my VW bug. Checked the gauges didn't have exactly what I wanted, however neither did home Depot. Decided just to buy it up at Lowe's

Go here a lot. Always has what I need. Sometimes hard to find help when needed, but not impossible, like their biggest competitor.

I purchased Ice Melt, Lowe’s was one of the only local stores that had it in stock at the moment

Bought a house in the neighborhood recently. I am constantly here picking up online orders or old fashioned shopping. Helpful staff, clean, well stocked. I just with they had more human operated checkouts and did not rely on self checkout.

What can I say? I mean it is Lowes. Big, bright, clean store. Helpful & friendly service. My favorite thing about this unit is I don't have to look far to find help. Plenty of employees on the floor, easy to find. Although, my favorite thing is ordering online for parking lot pick up. I don't even have to get out of my car. Saves time, & super convenient .

Customer service was pretty good. Had some really long lines and not enough cashiers the first time I went there but I’m guessing that was a fluke because it wasn’t too bad any other time I’ve been. It’s a lowes. I’m not sure what else you want to me to stay. Home Depor and Lowe’s are extremely consistent in quality and experience.

I love this lowes. I come here all the time and it's definitely one of my happy places. I buy plants, paint, shelving, and many other things. I always find great things and deals in the clearance section! Wanted to paint my room purple and I checked the clearance before getting paint lo and behold there was a BEAUTIFUL purple, just what I was looking for, for 15 dollars! A gorgeous 60 dollar paint in the color I was looking for, for 15 dollars! Never disappointed when I come here!

Garden center had some beautiful plants and flowers. They could use extra help though. The wait to check out was a while. I bought some flowers to pot.
