Had a 1 year warranty on my used Xbox 1s and it was a gift so I didn't have the receipt. This guy working there went through the works to get me a replacement so mad props to you.

Love this place .. Staff is always exceptionally polite & helpful!! I've shopped here multiple times and spent a lot of money in this store with ZERO conplaints.. I will not shop anywhere else when it comes to gaming supplies for me or my family... I've also called in when I've had a random question..Even tho they aren't profiting from it, they've still always taken the time to help me with whatever question/issue I've had.. Keep up the AWESOME work!!!

They run a nice, bright, organized store here in Jackson. The people are friendly and helpful and don't just sit behind the counter and take your money. Now I know, if you are the type that sits in a dark room and plays video games 20 hours a day, this level of social interaction may lead to some anxious moments, but take a deep breath and relax, it'll be good for you. These guys like answering questions or hearing about your greatest moments playing the Sega Genesis. There is also a rumor floating around that some of them enjoy reading books, so next time you are looking for your next 100 hour sacrifice to the Pixel God, feel free to shop this store. You might just like it.

I'm very impressed with the assortment of various games and collectables at this location! The store is always in fantastic condition and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. You can actually have a nice conversation with the people here and they're always willing to provide input. I just moved back to the area and this is my preferred store! Keep up the excellent work, folks.

Never a dull moment at GameStop

This place is great for a person like me who knows nothing about the gaming world. The employees will not try to sell you anything that you don't need. I am very happy with the customer service as well as the pricing of the products.

I was recently in the Jackson store working with Kyle and I must say he has been awesome to come in and buy games from!!! That store has become more than just a game store for me and my family it's become a second home and Kyle and heather we really appreciate all you do for the harless family!! Great place to get any game or system and if they don't have it they will get it. The employees are very kind and helpful they will answer any questions you may have.

I always have an easy time shopping at GameStop because the workers really help out with what you're looking for and seemed pretty knowledgeable about the different games. They also do some pretty good deals on some older games were you can get a few games for like $10.
