Joshua made transferring from Tmobile super easy and was very helpful with the entire process. Just had to go in again and the other employee that I didn't catch his name was just as pleasant to work with.

I just want to say that Joshua Sirback from the Jackson office was the most helpful in getting me a phone upgrade.. They are friendly and so helpful in Jackson! Definitely recommend going to that location..

Had to go to 3 different stores before we actually found a phone to replace mine, I've had the s10+ for 15 months and the digitizer went out, I wanted to upgrade to the note 10+ new Boston or portsmouth had the phone, Jackson did. And the reps that helped were very helpful and courteous.

Walked in a few times to see about getting a free phone, well no money down type deal cause they're not really free, and had great support and service. Every time I've went into that store it was always clean and then persons we're always very helpful!
