Love this place they are always so welcoming to my pup nd I.. Service is quick as well as Returns.. Love that they allow Street Vendors on their lot, got some huge pomegranates this day, just a great place to visit..

Lovely Home Depot with friendly staff who are very knowledgeable and can advise you on whatever home project you are taking on. I like visiting here to check out the cacti, trees and flowers.

I had a pretty confusing and time consuming issue with a gift card but Michael (cashier supervisor) and Calyssa (i hope i spelled correctly) were super helpful and patient. provided a solution and never once seemed annoyed. thank you to both!

Went to Home Depot today to buy a leaf blower with my husband. First we were at the lights section and we met Dave he was very friendly. Second we went to the leaf blower section, Chris came by to help us. Chris was was very nice, patient and answered most of our questions. Then we met nick, he was very professional, he knows everything about the product, he introduced us a new brand of product and we ended up buying it and he even saved us lost of money. Thank you to the three of them for making our day.

Went to Home Depot to search for a matching paint for a project I was working on. Initially I opted for a sample size but the paint was not matching, I was kind of disappointed. Yesenia approached me and ask if she can help with anything. I told her about the paint not matching. She advised me to try the spray cans, and she helped me picked out the matching paint. I want to thank you Yesenia to go above and beyond her duty to help me. She deserve 5 stars.

Very nice lady named Michelle at Monte’s Home Depot helped me look for the items I was looking for and managed to help me look for the right size for my blinds after I came for the second time since I made a mistake on my measurements and helped me again with no problem !

I was in a pinch and needed to rent some equipment last minute. No other Home Depot had what I needed (or were particularly helpful over the phone), but this one came through!

As the name suggests, this location is obviously more useful for those who actually work in construction. But even for a hobby DIYer like myself, the process of using their tool rental center was easy and efficient, and the folks there were kind and helpful.

A little extra for folks who might be hesitant to step inside: an added bonus of this place is no one questioned what I was doing in there or assumed I didn't know what I was doing which can happen for me sometimes in hardware stores. Just all around an easy and positive experience.

Knowledgeable and helpful team members. I know all home depots are supposed to be the same but the El Monte location is definitely a cut above the rest. Management hiring good people and good people working hard. Just a great feel to the place and always has what I need in stock.

Went to buy my lights for Christ-mas... Wish the purple was darker, but love the blue,purple and our Tuxedo grey and white Christmas cat!Just like my Violet!

After ants swarmed my house in this 100° weather, I needed some help to get rid of them and keep them away! Stopped by and good help from a friendly girl who knew exactly what she was talking about! Recommended a family friendly spray plus the 1,2, count with the baits that lil them while they take it back to their colony... great stuff! Thank you!

Pros: Normally I get anything I need at competitive price, pretty well located to my convenience also, I would say they anything anyone might need.
Many of the attendants are kind giving nicely handy help, or finding the information if they are not sure.
Cons: unfortunately there's always some attendant who shows how force they feels for having to go to work hehehe, but is ok, some day will realize it.

This review is for today's order only. Placed online order for curbside pickup, 10 bags of 40 lb salt pellets. Figured they would send out a guy to help load, nope! Usually I would do it myself, but the Sciatica has limited my ability to do a lot of stuff myself. Stephanie, who rolled out my order on a flatbed, proceeded to load 400 lbs of bagged salt pellets in to my car! Geez this woman was awesome! People like her are why businesses get repeat and loyal customers!

Marco is now my favorite Home Depot. He actually took the time to help me in locating the nails that I needed for the workers nail gun. Plus, another awesome person is the young Asian lady who directed me to Customer Service to exchange my item. And the Customer Service staff are awesome too. Thank you for making my visit an enjoyable experience.

I had a great experience at the cash register. I went there yesterday and the cashier Maria helped me apply for credit. She was really helpful and friendly. I will definitely be going again to shop at Home Depot of El Monte. Employees like that make the shopping experience better.
