Red Wing - Rosemead, CA

I’ve gone twice to my local redwing store (Rosemead, CA), and each time I was so impressed by the level of hospitality and customer service provided. It was so good I was actually shocked with how nice the staff members were and how they treated me. I really enjoy my 2 pairs of boots I’ve gotten from those 2 visits.

The only thing that I wish was different was when I took my first pair of boots for a replacement sole, I had someone call me to ask if I wanted the sole with more tread because the first sole wasted pretty fast. I said I did want the sole with more tread but when I got it I noticed it was the same tread as the first one. I didn’t realize this until I got home, which bummed me out a bit. I don’t have much free time out of work so I wasn’t able to make the trip back and sucked it up.

Other than that, even the lady who called me on the phone was real nice, I believe there must’ve just been a miscommunication.

I would rate my overall service at 4 stars just based on that sole replacement experience, otherwise I would’ve given 5 stars all around.

I’m happy with my boots and will keep returning.

I was recommended getting my feet scanned and when I did, I was shocked on what my actuall size was. Realized I was getting a bigger fit size to compensate for my wide foot.
I was skeptical, so the person who helped me out let me compare other sizes to compare fit.

I went in late around 6:50 after noon and thanks to Amy she had no problem with me arriving late . She was very polite never pressured me to leave. Always recommending red wings. Thank you Amy!!! Will be back soon!!!

It was all great. The gentleman who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable of the product. He helped us order the shoes we needed and even brought in multiple sizes to ensure fit.

John, the person working on a closing shift last week) was very helpful and highly knowledgeable. People like him make in person shopping a good experience. Will be back soon.

Found out:
The warranty was only (on the stitching for the upper-part of the boot…)
Now, I gotta buy a new pair, after having this pair re-soled recently 🫠🫠🫠

What a wonderful shopping experience. It was my first time buying boots and they helped me choose the right one. They were very patient and answered all my questions. They advised me on all the benefits included with being a Red Wing customer.

As far as the quality and price, it's my first pair of boots so i don't have much to base it off of, but for the customer service alone, I think it's worth the price.

Frank was very nice and helpful to everyone and also very patient. He gives you very good advice when you are going to purchase a specific shoe that meets your demands. Totally recommend going to this store.

I've visited this store at least 4 times now in the past few months because of my boyfriend. Before him, I didn't even know what products they had or how their shoes looked like. But overall, the service here was always great. They seemed knowledgeable about their products, answered any questions we had, and were really friendly and helpful.

My boyfriend first went there to buy their Iron Ranger Boots and I remember seeing one of the girl workers wear the Classic Moc, which I thought looked really good. It was funny because when we first looked online, we both thought that those shoes didn't look that great, but when I actually saw it in person, I changed my mind. After like two months go by, my bf decides to buy me one, which we had to order since they didn't have them in stock. Came back to pick them up, wore them and my bf said they looked so good that he wanted his own pair. Show up for the fourth time, but this time it's for him again.

So far we like their products, but for the men's shoes, I think you'll have to break them in. My bf said it would hurt at times, but he said that's normal based on his research from other people. I'm just glad I don't have to go through the same thing.

But all in all, the workers we've seen were always great. Except that their register/system has been down every time, so it'll take a bit longer checking out.

I will never shop for work boots anywhere else, the Red Wing rep was so helpful, patient, professional and extremely customer oriented he is a valuable asset to your company

The service was Amazing , ladies were very nice and helpful. I love my Red Wings and the insoles inside makes my boots feel like you have a fluffy koala bear hugging your feet.

The quality of service is just as good as, or not better than the quality of their boots. I'm picky when it comes to my workboots and Chris helped me for over 45 min find the pair that was just right for me.

Was so glad that one opened closer to home although the El Monte one isn't that far. Went in to have my boots covered in protectant bc the steel toe was coming through. Girl working was kind and had me in and out of there in no time.

Love this redwing. They order me boots and from other stores when something is not in stock. Really like the customer service here. Bunchof lunch spots around as a bonus.
