Starbucks

On a Saturday, we went to Starbucks. Generally speaking, the visits aren't really cordial; we're just treated like any other individual. Marcus, the store manager, took me through the entire ordering procedure when I placed my venti iced white mocha order on Saturday. He was just remarkable! He poured us the drinks we requested. Every dish was served warm and nicely, and there was no wait. Marcus has made me feel very welcome and well taken care of. I would advise everyone to visit on Saturdays. It was a fantastic experience.

We went a Saturday to get Starbucks. Usually the visits aren’t so friendly, we are treated like any regular person. Saturday, I ordered a venti iced white mocha - the whole process was explained by the store manager Marcus. He was amazing ! He made our drinks like we wanted. There was not a wait and all the food came out warm and nice. I feel welcomed and well taken care thanks to Marcus. I would recommend anyone to go Saturdays. It was an awesome experience. 12/10

I usually go thru the drive thru here because service is quicker and kinder. Today Avery took care of us and he was a blast of great energy that really stood out. He brightened the day for me and my mom ✨🙌

I was so impressed by the workers here this morning. They were so busy and I watched them work effortlessly to fulfill order upon order in store and through the drive thru. What a great crew! They were so hard working and efficient on a busy Sunday morning.

After an awful start to my birthday SKY & the man who made my birthday drink literally changed my whole mood & SKY made all my friends laugh 10/10 experience.

May 15 , 2023 on this evening, Myself, and my daughter were greeted with a warm welcome by Sky, great customer service, professional, Our order was fixed as we wanted. Thank you for an awesome customer service.

Starbucks is unbelievable. It has the best coffee of all places. My favourite. I loved it.

What to say about a chain location that serves pretty consistent food and drink? Well, this Starbucks continues the same tradition with preparing coffee drinks that were are good and tasty. However the staff needs to be complemented since they were very friendly and very attentive to everyone in my family. At the end of the day it does not take a lot to be polite and show that the customer is truly number one.

Anastasia took care of my partner and I at the drive-thru window. She was very apologetic at the speaker box about items they were out of and tried to suggest other things we’d like. She was so friendly and engaging with us. I’m a partner from out of state who was here on vacation and it was one of my better Starbucks experiences in general. And our drinks were delicious, so shout out to the bar partner! The manager of this store should be proud of their team!

Very chilled relaxed environment the entire store is a very welcoming environment the Baristas themselves were very friendly very professional

Starbucks is always good. I rarely get the wrong order or slow service. Yes, mistakes do happen, but that is just a fact of life. Overall I am very satisfied with Starbucks in general, but especially this location. Oh, did I mention that the coffee is delicious!

They're always consistent

Starbucks recently changed one of their products that I absolutely love and to which I've grown addicted. I was so disappointed to learn of this, so I contacted their corporate office to see what could be done. That office worked with the store manager in Lake Worth to help provide me with the product in its old form, a special request that they easily could have denied. It speaks volume to Starbucks excellent customer service that they would do such a thing, and I wanted to show my appreciation for what they did by posting here. Thank you, again! Thank you for adding this location, its way more spacious and the drive thru is very convenient. Not sure what the complaints are about, Starbucks in big cities usually have a 20 plus minute wait! You guys are lucky!

Friendly staff,they go out of their way to accommodate you, they're a little short staffed but the workers there make up for it

The place was clean, order was in right order.

I absolutely love this SB establishment..... Not only is it convenient for me the staff here is friendly. Rachel has been nothing but an angel since ive been going there and the rest of the staff are just as much angels as she is. they smile, they ask how your day is or how its been... they even wish you a great day. everything is always so fresh and i dont think ive ever seen a speck of dirt on the ground. i absolutely love it here.

The BEST Starbucks! They always got my puppuccino ready!! 🐶🐾
