The UPS Store staff assisted me in selecting the perfect envelope for my documents. Eva's service was exceptional, exceeding all expectations. Her professionalism, kindness, and contagious smile made a lasting impact on me. I am sure to return solely because of her outstanding customer service. She is truly a standout in the industry, dedicated and exceptional in every aspect.

I live in Parkland and I use this UPS store many times per month. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, but Nicolas stands out far above the others. He's always personable, friendly, engaging, and very patient and understanding when your phone doesn't connect or you have the wrong label etc. It's always a breath of fresh air going in there and people like ˜Nick could teach some others who deal with the public a number of things.

OPEN SUNDAYS!!!! Good service, always busy. Has new updated Amazon return system that a child can figure out. Very convenient that they're open on Sundays.

I came in with two big Amazon returns of chairs I couldn’t fully disassemble. They didn’t fit in their original packaging and I was ready and expecting to have to buy new boxes that were either massive or split each order into two boxes and pay a big chunk in extra shipping costs.

The employees here could’ve easily let me do that. It would’ve been less work for them. Instead, Nick rearranged one of the orders to make everything fit perfectly and for the other suggested I get a new cardboard box that he could then combine with the original one to essentially make one giant box without any extra shipping costs for me. He went above and beyond. More than just Nick, all of the employees in the store were in a good mood, engaging and eager to help.

They keep it clean and it's always pretty busy. I could be picky and say this or that, but it's the same crew there daily and they seem to be working hard to get their customer's serviced. A few more smiles from the staff would be welcomed. Overall it's a good UPS store compared to others I have gone to.

Great customer service. Jon at the UPS store is super helpful with all shipping options, notary, and fingerprinting. Quick, efficient service and love having my PO Box there. The staff are nice and friendly.

I normally make my Amazon returns at this location. Today was particularly special because the customer service was phenomenal. The employee was extremely patient with helped me with ALL 9 of my returns. I didn't feel rushed and she made sure I didn't get overwhelmed by the line.

Last Sunday Kaitlyn was very helpful and patient with me she even helped me to get my returns started on my phone within the blink of an eye .

This UPS location is by far the best UPS Store that I've ever been to. The employees are consistently friendly and extremely experienced. They bring the word quality service to a whole new level!!!!!! Use them for all your small business needs and Amazon returns.

I have been going to this particular UPS store for several years now. It is always been wonderful! Very helpful very efficient very knowledgeable and very kind friendly people! I mostly had the pleasure to deal Especially with Ava and John who are both fantastic! But everyone I have ever dealt with has been really wonderful and nice. Even when they’re incredibly busy they were always so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the store and the wonderful people working there.

This is a great store. It's located next to my favorite Publix, and it's less than 10 minutes from my house. Super convenient location! The employees are always friendly and helpful. There can be a wait time, but generally, it moves pretty quickly. The parking lot is easy to navigate and is plentiful! Overall, this is a great location, and I will continue to use this location for my UPS shipping needs.

I am using my granddaughters acct. as I don’t have one, but I had to tell you how nice Nick was & how very friendly & quickly he sent something back for me. He was an absolute doll & very professional & helped me tremendously. I would go back in a minute if I need anything done! A very Happy customer,

I am very surprised at the low ratings. I suspect that it is because people who are unhappy with their experience are more likely to write a review than those who are pleased. I have been using this location for the past 5 years and have had nothing but outstanding service. Staff is friendly, respectful and efficient. I have always walked away thinking that I wish that there were more places that offer such exceptional service.

I visited the store 2 weeks ago to mail two laptops. The line was very long with people shipping things as well as dropping off Amazon returns. Nicholas was the only person working at the store at this time. He was absolutely incredible. Extremely professional. Kept calm. Smiled through it all. He actually kept the line moving fairly quickly for the amount of people that were there. I want to commend him for his great customer service and professionalism. I returned to the store the other day to return a few Amazon items and it's not a store that I typically visit. I think I will use this store going forward for all of my general shipping needs and Amazon returns.

I came by to print out a document and have it fax. Nicholas “Nick” was so pleasant and friendly. Outstanding customer service. He welcomed me as soon as I came through the door, asked how my day was, with a beautiful smile. With his awesome personality and sense of humor he made my 6min experience in UPS so seamless. Went to the store around 6:25 PM, the line was out the door. It stayed that way until closing. The young man behind the counter was so patient with each customer. He did a great job and kept his cool. Nicholas was the name on his name tag. I vote he gets a raise! ;)

Really cant understand the bad reviews, why because their hours were wrong????? You just cant satisfy some people. My experiences have always been great. Helpful courteous and knowledgeable. And Eva has always been a doll, nothing less than exemplary.

I love coming to the store. They are always fast and always very friendly. I highly recommend coming here.

Shai, provided excellent service to me today. I have been to this UPS before and they were always in a great rush. Today I went back and it appears that there are some new people there. The young lady at the counter (Shai ???) was kind, courteous and demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
