Just picked up Estes B6-4 model rocket engines! Manuel was super helpful and they were open on New Years Eve! Plan on being back soon for the Jeep Rubicon building model

Every time I walk into this store, I am greeted warmly and given excellent service! I have been extremely happy with my purchases over the more recent years!!!

Idk what is all about with the bad reviews and the bad reputation this place has....other stores in Miami will tell you not to go here....heard it myself.....

I've had the best experience all the time I went there....guy behind the counter knows lots and it's always a good talk,went there many times and never had a problem,lots of cars nice variety between nitro and electric lots of replacement parts...100% percent recommend

Had an issue with our RC car and brought it here
Not only did Robert troubleshoot our case thoroughly, after realizing what the issue was, he called the manufacturer and was able to replace the broken part via warranty replacement when I was unsuccessful in doing on previous personal attempts. For service that goes above and beyond, NEVER go anywhere else. Thank you, Robert!!!

Bought a r/c car from them recent. Had a issue with it so I called them and they told me to pass by within minutes I was out and enjoying my car. They have alot r/c cars to choose from and great customer service highly recommend them thank you again crown hobbies.

Fantastic place, full of knowledge and a very nice stock, what you need they will probably order if they don't have. I found the prices to be fair, and what I found best of all was the patience Robert had to fill my thoughts with useful information that I will need in my future hobby. I will be coming back here 100% sure of it.

Awesome Prizes, I was able to buy what I was looking for. Staff pretty friendly and they answer every question I Had. I was having a hard time looking for a drone for my bf and I heard about crown hobbies and they had just what I needed. They sell from manual cars to drones in all sizes, boats, planes and so much more. even the paints and covers for the cars. I'm a girl, but I recommend this place to every guy I know and so does my boyfriend.Thank you Manuel for your great service.

This is my LHS. I am so grateful to Crown hobbies for allowing me to relive a portion of my childhood I had long lost. I got back into the hobby 2 months ago and these guys have been there every step of the way guiding and helping me. I am currently at 6 traxxas vehicles and adding another. There inventory stock and customer service is not seen on any other hobby shop in the area. Thank you guys for your support and constant help! Looking forward to the next build

Speaking purely about customer service, I had a 5 star experience. I did not purchy anything as they didn't have what I was looking for/pricing may have played a small factor BUT with that said, the person that helped me took his time with me and helped me with all of my questions and for that, I give them five stars. Thank you!

this place is really good, they give you good advice and they always listen to you when you have a problem, ordering parts for your car is the best they will do it for you. Two days ago I got my HPI savage from this store and again the best experience and the best advice about the product. What a bad boy.
Now I have 2 aewsome cars running perfegtly thanks Crown Hobbies.

I have been going to Crown Hobbys since I was practically a teenager, and it has changed hands very few times. I know that in a perfect world one would expect to plug in a new battery and presto... no problems, but we don't live in a perfect world and, while I understand the frustration that accompanies such experience, in todays world the store owner is not necessarily responsible for making exchanges once the product leaves the store. However, if you look at the warranty that comes with a battery, not only is there a registration process, but it is the battery manufacturer that will deal with replacing the item, if indeed it is defective. I was not present during this meltdown, if you will, but my experience with this particular store and its owner, and by extension his staff, has been very positive. To all potential patrons out there, I will say don't let the experience of one customer dictate your decision to visit this store, Crown Hobbys... be aware that the hobby world is not a perfect world, nor are we.

Originally I have come to this place countless times when Mort Perkis owned the shop. My father was friends with Mort and we have made several purchases including RC boats and RC cars. A year ago, I was informed that my father had encountered terrible service from some gentleman whom I don't know the name and needless to say it left a sour taste in my mouth about the newly owned Crowned Hobbies. Today I went in to service my 12 year old Gas boat, and a gentleman named Javier completely turned my opinion around again. He was extremely helpful in getting my boat up and running. I recommend this place and Javier's service to anyone.

Robert was super nice , the Shop was beautiful. It had a bunch of old and new items. I was able to get the dope I needed for my model.

Nice and very knowledgeable people, decent prices, lots of things. I went for planes but there is also cars and anything RC and modeling.
