AT&T Store

Coming to this AT&T store has been one of the greatest experience that has ever happen to me. I’m always greeted courteously and with respect. Recently, I added a line to my family plan and the whole proceeds went smoothly, Sergio assisted me through the proceed and made sure I was completely satisfied with my device and overall service. Besides, answering AT&T related questions or statements, they also make sure to treat you like an actual person and get to know you.

Sergio and Melissa were amazing at helping my dad with getting a new phone and setting it up! Awesome at troubleshooting and thinking outside the box.

Unexpectedly needed to get a new phone. Went to location on Hawthorne and El Segundo and received great customer service from Kim that resulted in purchasing a new phone with no stress or hassle.

Jose and Frankie they where great helping me get the new IPhone 15 and fully explained the promotions and discounts that I qualify for.

Frankie, the sales associate, was incredible! First of, we were helped immediately. (Something that hardly happens when we go to other stores.) He was just finishing up with a customer when we arrived and he quickly approached us to ask us how he could help us. He quickly got us the information and phone upgrade that we were looking for. He was also able to recommend the extra products for our new phone that we wouldn't have thought of. The rest of the staff was also helpful, welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be returning to this location for all our cellular service needs.

Jose S was so nice and patient with the process of getting my account unblocked and adding a new line for me. He also set my account up to be under my nursing license which gave me a huge discount!! He was so helpful and I appreciate his hard work.

Omar was EXTREMELY friendly and VERY knowledgeable. I was hesitant to come into the store because sometimes it's hard to find employees who genuinely care about customer satisfaction and not about sales. However he made my visit extremely pleasant.He was able to assist with my service transaction(that customer service over the phone messed up) and took the time to share some valuable information about my my plan. Darius was very knowledgeable and helpful to help me save money and not purchase a new phone that I cannot afford he wasn’t a pushy sales person just trying to get me to buy buy a new phone. Which is great in my opinion because these phones add up although he did give me a reasonable price for an additional line for only 1 dollar a month I decided not to go that route.

John was also very helpful and polite and let me barge in and ask questions while he was taking his time to help another family

Amazing service! I walked in to ask and switched because my old company was not giving the attention I needed. I was given options and they found a plan that worked for me and my family. I am saving money and got a great deal! Thank you Omar and your staff for an amazing service. I’m happy!

We had trouble with the activation of our phones. Jonny made sure it was done correctly. We truly appreciate his wonderful customer service. Everyone was truly awesome.

Frankie was amazing. I came in about 3 weeks ago and I followed up today and he was wonderful! He helped through all the stress and made the process simple with all difficulties.

George was an exceptional tech in assisting us to switch and enroll with AT&T phone plan. He was patient and highly professional in helping us. He made our experience great in enrolling.

Fast forward a year later, I came to upgrade my phone and this rep added stuff i didn’t ask for! HOWEVER after literally dealing with people who did minimal to help undo that original repa mess- the current Assistant Manager William and the 1 consistent sales rep Josh (looks like Actor Brian White *wink* ) I was once again situated and left a happy at&t customer.

Sergio was helpful and attentive.and provided excellent customer care.

I was on the store 3 days ago because ATT canceled my phone for technology if 3G for 5G, and I very grateful the personal of the store help me ,specially Johnny,he has a lot patience with my and customer service. Today again he helped me to connect mi phone. Thank you for everything.

Great Location! Bryan helped out with my transaction and provided great service! I will be coming back to this location to set up my business account. The manager Joel and the assistant manager William were very helpful as well!
