Best Buy

Friendly staff. When I went to buy, they were helpful and had me checked out quickly. They were kinda busy in the checkout line, and the management pulled staff from the floor and put them on registers to get everyone checked out quickly. Overall, it was a great experience. I knew what I wanted when I walked in, but I wasn't harassed buy anyone either. Was able to look peacefully and looked around the store at my own leisure. It was nice and clean.

I’m digging the new layout. The only real though I had on this adventure was; I wish the app told me a more specific location of where the product I was looking for, is. But they want me to talk to their employees and stuff. I mean, that’s business but still. 5 star. Employees were awesome and not over bearing with “do you need help” or “enter any opening sales line ever”.

Best Buy was wonderful. I really enjoyed my time in there. The worker was so helpful and very nice with getting extra stuff from the back. 5 stars

Has a lot of good things. However, a lot of things are not in the store. It is a good idea to check online for what is in store before you buy; some thing you will have to order online. For example, both times I have been to this Best Buy to purchase items, I have had to purchase what I wanted online because the items were not available to purchase in store. This includes a laptop that was on display; the price tag is still showing to this day.

Jonathan was very busy trying to serve the clients, he was pleasant and helpful. I was greeted at the entrance. The store was crowded but pleasingly attractive. I received excellent service. Was in and out in less than an hour.

The employees here are very helpful to me even though I didn't buy anything at this location

Very attentative. Found what I needed on my own. Lady at register was extremely friendly and super nice due to the holidays and Christmas 2 days away. She had a awesome attitude.

Got a birthday present for my granddaughter. The clerk was very helpful, took us to the controller we needed, and checked us out.

Excellent customer service !! My consultant was Michael and he was so kind, and exceeded my expectations to the highest !! He was so kind and answered all of my questions in such a kind manner and did not get aggravated with many of my questions !! I only leave reviews to the individuals who really do exceed my expectations, and he was most definitely one of those people !!

I find the people in the camera department very polite and knowledgeable. They have on numerous occasions assisted me in finding the proper cards, batteries and whatever else I need. They need some more staff in high hours, but even if low staff, the other department person will radio someone and walk me over to get the proper help. Thanks!!

Saun who's with the geek squad showed me how to hook everything up when I get home. These guys were amazingly awesome with their knowledge.

Went during the week day. Place wasn't crowded. Found help as we needed to buy a new oven. Found it online and ordered in store. The guy was nice that helped us. They had it in stock and it was delivered 2 days later. Delivery was smooth. Good experience.

The Salesforce is knowledgeable and willing to help solve problems and answer questions.

I can having already researched televisions but the sales associate, David, was very helpful telling us differences that I didn't notice at online. Guided and advised is on other products as well.

Good bestbuy I was mainly there for the locker pickup. Seamless pick up just scan the qrcode and you can take you item with you.
