Kroger Marketplace

Trenell in the seafood department is definitely my favorite employee. He is always smiling and always puts forth a great effort! The rest of the store is nice too but shout out to Trenell!

Has anyone given credit to the floral department lately? Incredible work and craftsmanship for the custom arrangement accented with glitter spray. Thank you, Stephanie, for your knowledge, expertise, and phenomenal customer service.

2023-04: Still one of my favorite Kroger locations, despite the construction galore going on with the roads. But that is temporary and is much needed.

2021: I absolutely love having this Kroger Marketplace accessible to me. The store is kept very clean, the staff has always been friendly and professional, the added benefit of having exceptionally large areas dedicated to a broader range of items, and the selection of particular items is outstanding. To elaborate, this store has an unexpected inventory of clothing and shoes for all. Items such as office/school supplies, home maintenance products, pet food/toys/supplies, toys, kitchen small appliances/dishes/cookware/utensils, make-up, etc., that would more commonly be found in just a few isles all together, pretty much have entire an entire isle (or more) dedicated to them. Then, they have exceptionally large departments with impressive selections for floral, bakery/deli, wine/beer, imported cheeses, seasonal, and more. Added bonus for those who use USAA banking and need an ATM. One is located in the customer service area, with no service fees for USAA customers. Overall, impressed with this store as a whole.

MacArthur in the hot food department is absolutely phenomenal! Store 644! He is so friendly and goes above and beyond for the customer!!!

Today, Kroger gave away free balloons. It may not seem like much, but it really made my day.thank you.

Great family supermarket! Awesome deals. More importantly, the staff treats you like family!

Oh my God, this place is amazing. I recently went shopping for my family and the staff was so helpful and friendly. One of them told me I could find the item I was looking for by using the app itself. Super helpful because of how monstrous this store is. However the biggest praise goes to their employee Shannon. I got one of the self checkouts with the treadmill, and she helped me check out my items. Also she was so polite and curious to me, I felt more like a friend than a customer. I don’t know how the employee of the month works for Kroger, but she definitely deserves it. There are not enough words to describe how amazing she was.

The employees that I've interacted with here at Lewiston Rd Kroger are good mannered, patient,and they DO NOT MIND going all out for the customers. Even if the customer is in a grumpy old mood like my Uncle that was shopping with me. Everytime I call the store, I get an answer, and if they don't know the answer, they are willing and eager to find out that answer for me with NO problem. Love going here, clean, fresh food, friendly employees.... Adam, Yolanda, And also a bag girl on aisle 14 Taylor?? But yeah they are all friendly and nice, the only "Magnum P, I," is the Indian guy, her kept his eye on my Milk Chocolate brown skin... Lol

This new Kroger Marketplace is very nice. It is kept clean and has nice food selections. The Sushi Bar, Deli, etc., make this a nice place to visit and shop at!

This store is really nice and huge! It has a great lay out.

I want to say thank you for the fantastic customer service I received today from Madelyn at the customer service desk. She was so professional and patient. She took her time to go through my receipt item by item and help me figure out where I was overcharged. I appreciate her positive attitude, and I hope the store gives her the recognition she deserves.

Beautiful new store. We really like the new layout that includes a cheese bar and wine bar. There are also many take home options for hot food or food you can heat at home. The produceis great and we love the bulk food section. This is the only store in G town with bulk food.

I love this new Kroger! Very clean! Great selection of everything! Staff members are friendly and knowledgeable where things are located throughout the store. Look how yummy this Ultra Caramel Frap is from the Starbucks inside Kroger!

This place is a strong competitor to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods and Earth Fare. There is no one section for organic and vegan items. They are organized throughout the store in the appropriate sections for the items. Their location is marked in each Isle with a green "healthy living" banner attached to the shelves. The quality and atmosphere is far above that of Walmart and Walmart doesn't include a eatery with Starbucks as those listed above do.

This is one massive store with an outstanding selection. The prepared foods sections rivals anything anymore has put in a grocery store.

Really appreciate Jaylan's enthusiastic customer service!! He was working the self-checkout & saw me standing in line for a bit at the regular checkout. He said, "I can check you out here." Had a lot of canned goods & produce: the machine kept missing the code & stalling! (8x or more) Yet, he continued to smile and have a positive attitude. Thank you Jaylan & Kroger!

Today I had an outstanding experience with the meat department at Kroger's. I wanted to specifically thank Roderick as he was extremely helpful and cut up the meat very nicely. We appreciate the awesome customer service!

My cashier was helping in self checkout. He opened a register so I would not have to stand in line. Russel was very courteous and helpful. A container of yogurt in my buggy was smashed and had splashed onto floor.Russel came to my buggy and cleaned up the mess.
Shirley came over and helped bag. These were young employees. I am impressed.
