The guy that gets on the loud speaker is awesome. No other store has someone like him. You can tell he is a team player & helpful to other staff members. Very encouraging and I’m sure he’s boosting morale. Thanks for bringing a giggle during my shopping experience. Reminds me of myself-sounds like a radio personality.

The young man in the shoe department was polite and extremely helpful. Sorry I can't remember your name but I did know it when I shared my experience with the store manager. There was a woman associate who went above and beyond to help me look for a leather dress I had misplaced in the store. She was still pleasant when we discovered it was too small. Every person I encountered was very attentive and customer caring. Purchased boots and shoes at great prices.

The line in the shoe department is very frustrating because it is also the customer pick up area. I was pretty grumpy from standing in the long line but Donovan was so very helpfu and kind that I left the store with a smile on my face. Customer service is a lost art nowadays, this young man definitely has the natural skill! Great job Donovan, thank you for your help during the busy Christmas season!

My personal experience was great! I love the shoe department, I always can find shoes that I love and are my style. Bobby and jona are my favorite workers there. I’m always happy to see them when I come by to shop!!!

I a lot of cry babies on here complaining about the store but they never take into account how hard the employees work. I think they are doing a fantastic job and I’ll continue to support the hard workers as long as I can. Keep up the fantastic job and happy spirits!

They were the only store and the last of six I went to looking for a black denim jacket for my nephew's birthday. It was during season clearance and everything was gone at every store. Belk had one Levi's in his size $30.00 off. Search over and 5 stars for that

Very nice store. Employees are pleasant to everyone. Some items are a little high,but they have a good sale coming up on May 5th.

Love this store...when you learn how to use the coupons you get awesome name brand stuff for super cheap. They also have stuff on sale all over the store...it is clean and smells amazing... The customer service reps are very helpful. 😊

Love our Belk in Evans. Due to the military I moved along to the north where there were no Belks so I shopped Macy's well we have Belks and I LOVE IT. THE PRICES AND THE STAFF ARE GREAT...

Desiree in women's intimates department is the associate who earned this five star review from me. She was awesome! She worked diligently to help find the proper item for me. If there were more than five stars, I would have given her more.

A very nice location with a great selection. My only problem is with the perfume and cologne section. It wafts throughout the store and smacks you in the face the entire time you're shopping. My allergies we're really acting up. The staff was very helpful though

I was searching for a set of luggage as a Mother's Day / Birthday gift. Online bargains took to long to arrive and I needed the gift by Wednesday. I Googled luggage sets near me. I had tried Ross and Marshall's. I was very surprised to see a set at Belk. I was able to get a 5 piece set that usually costs $260 for less than $100. I tried to find sets. Everything seemed single so I figured they did not have the sets. I asked an employee, she showed me sets were nestled inside largest piece. I rolled up to checkout with the item. I purchased, then rolled happily to my car. This is how I rolled at Belk.

First time in the store was absolutely blown away with the prices of everything in the store great selection as long as you have the Belk app in order to get the big discounts
