I arrived a little early for my COVID bivalent booster and checked in the drop off window. The employee was super efficient and instructed to wait to be called. In about 5-10 minutes the Pharmacist (Lauren) took me into shot administration and after care instructions, gave me my shot. Painless and was so gentle, caring and professional. Definitely will continue to use the CVS for all immunizations!

Quick friendly service from Jenny, the pharmacist and her staff. This is the best pharmacy in the area in my opinion and I have been to many of them. Keep up the great work!

Best pharmacy around. Everyone behind the counter was so helpful and extremely friendly despite being very busy. I wont get my scripts filled anywhere else. Thank you so much.

I was a little surprised to see the huge amount of negative reviews for this CVS location. I can understand the frustration of long wait times or the drive-through not being open, but they are definitely understaffed right now. I switched to this pharmacy because the rite aid I used to go to was god-awful, and the people that worked there were so mean. I have been trying to get a prescription filled for over a month now, with the medication being on backorder. This issue has nothing to do with the pharmacy and everything to do with the fact that there is actually a nationwide shortage of a lot of medications currently. I have been calling weekly for a status update on my prescription, and although it has still been on backorder, they are always very kind and easy to work with. The staff here is very friendly, and I have not had any issues with them in that aspect. There are a lot of things they do not have control over, and I think people need to keep that in mind.

The head pharmacists, Anthony and Jenny, are great people and have always gone above and beyond for me when I needed RXs! The staff is hard working and very nice as well! I believe the pharmacy is under-staffed and as busy as they can be. I see all the 1 ratings and it's easy to criticize but these are good people and I'm glad they handle my RXs!!

I had to give it 3 stars, as an average between the Minute Clinic and the Pharmacy Desk. Even though they are less than 20 feet apart in the store they are evidently two separate entities.
I had made an appointment for my first Shingrix vaccine.
The on-line app. let me do it through Minute Clinic and I arrived per my text confirmation on time.
When I was called I was told that my insurance probably wouldn't pay for it, but the pharmacy window would, so she walked me the 20 feet to the pharmacy vaccine window.
When the pharmacy tech came to the window she announced that I was a "walk-in" even tho' I had an appointment at the Minute Clinic 20 feet away, and that they didn't have time for me that day and I would have to come back another day.
So I decided to h*** with it and went back 20 feet to the Minute Clinic with my credit card in hand.
Melissa Graves was awesome and said of course she could take me back in. Gave me the vaccine and with my supplemental insurance card paid nothing !!!
Can you guys please get your act together?

The pharmacy is Ok and I go here for convenience and for the sales/coupons/pricing for general merchandise, but there are several negatives:
1. Staff often seems frazzled and unhappy
2. Several times they have NOT had my prescription in-stock and it had to be ordered-in so I had to make a return trip the next day (and it was not a crazy or rarely prescribed medicine)
3. They lost my Prescription card - I was told to leave it with them when they filled an eye prescription, I appreciated the research they were going to do on my behalf with my insurance company. But I hesitated leaving the card, I suggested they copy it and give my card back to me. They said there was "no worry" because they would just put my card in the paper bag with the prescription when it was filled, they do this all the time. I picked up my prescription a few days later and immediately noticed my card was NOT in the bag. They looked around and asked but no one knew where it was. They said they would look into it and let me know what they find out....NO SURPRISE....no call. So I called them back and spoke with the head pharmacist but they did not know where my card was. Just strange....my husband's name is on the card as he is the insured, he is in their system so even if it was misplaced, they could easily look up his name and get the card back to us. So I have not had my card since last August and thankfully I can use my husband's card if necessary. At CVS I don't need the physical card because they have me in their system, but if I were to be out of town and using a different pharmacy, I'd need to have my husband's card.

Got in line at 4:58 pm and waited for 14 minutes for a pick-up. Only to be told when I moved up after the person in front of me stepped away that they closed at 5 pm. The head pharmacist and clerk saw me standing there waiting my turn. No One said anything during this time.

This CVS is on a downward spiral. As a CVS coupon addict, I’ve visited this location many, many times. Over the past several months I’ve noticed a decline in hospitality, and just an overall sense of mismanagement. Disappointing, for sure.

Service is slow, they seem short staffed often. But the pharmacists are decent.
