AT&T Store

Josh, the AT&T representative at the East Bradford store, was excellent. I had lost my iPhone 12 and he was able to set me up with a new iPhone 15 and restore all my settings, Aps, and all my contact and security information very fast. Josh turned what started as a stressfull day into a very good day.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the service at this att store. The manager, Josh?, was very pleasant and highly knowledgeable (tech savvy) and was able to solve my problem with smart solution. (eSim added to existing phone so having a separate new US number as I am based in Germany these days). In all it took 15 mins and I was already phoning! Thanks again, Josh!

I have been a customer with AT&T for over 20 years with not so great to ok customer service. However, my experience at ALLIANCE MOBILE - PA WEST CHESTER in WEST CHESTER, PA. With Sales Rep Jason G, the first time at this location, was exceptional! Jason did not let his rough morning opening experience, employees not showing up, with myself and children standing at the door, affect our experience and was over the top helpful with our large purchase and limited time on having to be out of the store for a scheduled event. Jason was extremely knowledgeable of all product offerings, humorous personality and showing a genuine interest on meeting all of our needs in the short time constraint that we were on. Jason truly made us all feel welcomed and provided all assistance we needed with a smile! I have never had this experience in 20+ years with AT&T. Thank you Jason G for your attentiveness, knowledge of all product offerings and hospitality that you provided my family with!

Jason was very helpful, friendly, polite, and professional. He made changing carriers and getting a new phone easy.

Kevin Hunter is so bright and competent!! He assisted us with buying new phones and getting us the best deal possible. He was especially patient with me because I am terrible with technology. I was so impressed with his knowledge and what a nice guy, too!

I walked into Bradford Plaza on 9/14/2020 and was unsure if I would walk out as a new customer. The previous day I placed an online order and it was cancelled. Zachary saved the day. He provided the best customer service! I bought two new iPhone 11’s two cases, two screen protectors. I was so impressed with his calm demeanor and willingness to assist, I even ordered AT&T TV! This young man was efficient, kind and professional. I was not a happy camper when I walked in. I will be a long time AT& T customer. I was with sprint for over 12 years. I contacted the store Sunday eve and CJ( new employee) told me to come in Monday night and they would “ fix” my cancelled order. Zach did have to place a new order( and I am sure my credit was run again) but I can deal with that with ease because I walked out with two new phones, all of my info transferred from my old phone. Extremely happy with Bradford plaza west Chester AT& T store! Well done!

Zachary was very nice and showed interest in helping me get everything set up on my phone. He was very knowledgeable in setting my phone up for me. He also helped me with making changes to my plan. I highly recommend him.

Zack did a great job getting me up and running on a new XS. He explained my options, I made my choice and he was off and running to get my new phone setup. He made sure I was acclimated with the device and welcome to come back later should I have questions. He completely exceeded expectations by being personable and engaging in conversation.

Zach was great to deal with. He got me switched over from Sprint that had terrible service. Got both my phones all set up and they had great selection of cases and accessories. Highly recommend. Ask for Zach.

Kevin was friendly and helpful. He was professional and made the experience quick and painless especially being there with 3 yr old. He was patient with him and I will definitely go back for future assistance or purchases

Zack and CJ were so incredibly helpful and nice...they upgraded me to the amazing new Galaxy S21 Ultra, which I am loving...a case, the charger block, and a cord for my hubby's phone. With all that, they also changed my family over to the unlimited plan and it actually ended up SAVING us money every month on our bill! I can't thank you guys enough...two 5 star employees right there...I believe raises are in order!

I just stopped in to this location to get a new screen protector for my phone. Zachary made the transaction easy and effortless. He informed me of all the warranties available, as well as showed me how to apply for the warranty. He also, without me even asking, offered to put the protective screen on my phone. As the perfectionist that I am, the protector could not have been put on more perfectly! Will definitely go back to this location!

Averi K. Was outstanding, she helped me to troubleshoot a situation, guided me through the arduous process of speaking with Apple and further assited me in rectifying my phone's issue. Bravo for her knowledge, understanding and patience
