GIANT

Grocery pickup is wonderful (although sometimes they don't substitute when they should). Their new wine/beer section is a welcome addition. Very consistent, clean, always improving. My kids love the cleanup robot.

we had a great experience w Nancy in the wine department of the Downingtown Pike Giant in West Chester, PA. She shared her knowledge of wines, made suggestions & shared her favorites. She was a pleasure to talk to & I'm going to try her suggestions next time i'm in! Good job Nancy!

I was there shopping for a friend, and they had a lot of in-store specials, as well as extremely wide variety, which is somewhat different than Shoprite. Good bulk items, excellent produce, fantastic meats, and very tasty freshly baked rolls, cakes, muffins, and breads. What's not to love ❤

Great Giant! Really clean and organized. They also had a huge selection of Hotwheels when I went. I don't remember the last time I saw that many in a store. The inner kid in me has to look through them whenever I see them 😂 I ended up getting a few!

Value and variety and consistent stocked shelves makes it go to grocery. Know what your getting. Always clean. They do a better job then the other options that simple

The bakery department, and specifically its manager saved my wife when Dunkin miserably failed her on donuts for 150 dads, for a 7:30am event at her school. Extremely helpful and friendly! And only a few days before the bakery pulled together an order of graduation cupcakes that were absolutely perfect. This Giant will be getting all of her bakery catering business from now on!

This is my favorite grocery store close to West Chester Borough. There's plenty of parking, the store is very clean and well-lit. Over the past 5 years they've really expanded into organic and gourmet items. They have a Starbucks, bakery, deli, prepared foods to go like rotisserie chicken, etc. Good produce, butcher, deli. Staff is friendly. Overall it strikes a nice balance between expensive and trendy vs. affordable and basic.

There is a giant 5 mi from my house, but I drive 12 miles to use this one. I've been using their pharmacy for at least 12 years and I've been shopping there since the day it opened. They have an excellent selection, other than items that everyone is short on, the staff is friendly, helpful and pleasant. Produce has been tough everywhere, but I think they've done an excellent job making sure that items are fresh and available. The staff is mostly college students from Westchester University, so there's a learning curve at the beginning of each year and some summer changes, but they catch up pretty quickly. I do usually do my own bagging, because I am particular about how I like it, I have a system. 😉 They also have a nice large gas station.

My goto for weekly grocery shopping. Definitely one of the better Giant Stores in the area.

I usually go to this Giant but the other Giant is preferred. This one doesn't have as much lunchmeat out pre-cut and the waits are always long. If you need lunchmeat, go to the Dilworthtown Giant

Good food, also has beers and wine if you want....

Last night I went to grab some ice cream and the freezers were being cleaned out as they were getting new freezers. There was an employee there who explained this and then proceeded to ask me what I was looking for, then he went into the back and got it for me. That's customer service. He didn't need to do that, but my kids were super happy he did.

Love this Giant! Scan and Go and always well stocked. Had an exceptionally great experience having balloons filled for a party this weekend- Deb in floral was so kind and went above and beyond when they ran out of the color ribbon I had picked. I shop here weekly and am always pleased but this was such a positive experience I had to leave feedback. Thanks, Giant!

Great place for just about any kind of food. Fresh produce, meat, seafood. Great prepared food, wide variety of all products.
The store itself is clean, the aisles constantly refilled, polite and friendly staff.
With the addition of beer and wine they have created a one stop shopping experience. You can even do your banking there or take out up to $200.00 out of your checking account when checking out your order.

Giant now sells beer and wine. Very nice selection too!! The rest of the store is so nice since they remodeled with a great selection of organic fruits and vegetables. They have also added live lobsters to the seafood mix. Two full isles of organic food both packaged and refrigerated. All in all, it's a great store to shop in. They also have a Starbucks store inside at the front when you first walk in so you can grab a cup of coffee and a bite to eat while you're shopping. Plenty of handicap parking spots and electric carts for those that otherwise wouldn't be able to walk the entire store to shop. And right next door is a premium state liquor store. They also have a propane exchange station at the secondary entrance. Lastly, you can go online and order your food and they will deliver it right to your door. They pretty much have all the bases covered. You won't be disappointed shopping at this Giant.
