I purchased this playset last summer. My experience was wonderful and our pleasure with the product and services throughout the process from start to finish was remarkable. I had an occasion to reach out recently due to some storm damages to get some guidance for a repair. Michele M. really went above and beyond to be of service to me, for something their business really doesn’t do. These folks are great! Abigail helped us pick out the type and size of our Pergola. She was a pleasure to deal with and very patient. The structure was delivered on time and installed on our paver patio in 5 hrs including lunch! The crew was fantastic! So professional and polite! They informed they chipped a few pavers getting them out and they wanted to replace them at their cost that day! I can't say enough about how happy we are with this business!

We purchased a pergola and patio furniture from JDM. Quinn was so helpful with measuring, presenting options, etc. but not pushy at all. The team that installed the pergola was prompt, professional, and made sure everything was spic and span before they left. The items are pricey, but VERY sturdy and well-made. I'm confident they will last a long time. Our outdoor space feels much more like a comfortable living space now.

I would highly recommend buying at JDM, the product, the delivery and the sales/customer service were all top notch! Especially the local location sales manager Michele!

Delivery guy was cool and professional. He had to deal with a super Karen. She put up a dog fence the day he was going to deliver the shed. She told us that, if we touched the fence she would call the cops. She's a stage 5 crazy person. He was a pro and maneuvered the shed into place. The picture says it all.

We are so happy with our pavilion. The staff was great to work with from the beginning to the end. Big thank you to the guys who installed the pavilion and the decorative Gables. Would highly recommend JDM outdoors.

We purchased a wood playset for our 3 and 5 year olds. The kids are really enjoying it, and honestly the whole family loves it! We also got our delivery 3 weeks earlier than expected, which was fantastic!

They were very friendly and helpful not pushy. They have so much to choose from and we got our patio furniture delivered the next day. I would definitely buy from here again
