Wow Holy cow I didn’t even know they have a coffee shop and if you go to the third-floor, they have a marketplace restaurant absolutely amazing who would’ve known. If you’re in the Nordstrom‘s, I don’t recommend going to the mall area but you can enter an exit from the parking lot fairly safely. This is a dangerous mall so please be very aware if you go into the mall.

Clean well lit store. Stocked with plenty of high class items and friendly knowledgeable staff.

Shopping at Nordstrom is like being in a fancy five star hotel. I’ve NEVER eaten at the cafe, but have always wanted to try it. I love the way it’s decorated during the Christmas season. I’m also glad to hear they’ve decided to stay here at Oak Park Mall instead of relocating to the Country Club Plaza. I think that’s really great for the mall.

Mishayla at Mac is an absolute gem. Love the atmosphere of the entire beauty department. Fun group. She worked with me and found new colors. Makes me feel like a better version of myself. Thank you!

I have been shopping at Nordstrom for a number of years now. This location is the only one within any reasonable driving distance of my home. This location has an alright selection when it comes to product in the Men’s world. It could really use some more inventory in most all the Men’s Departments. Where it lacks in inventory it definitely makes up in customer service. I have shopped with Ted and Drew in these departments and am always impressed. They are always in a great mood and know their products really well. They both do a great job of getting to know their customers, which seems to be a lost art in customer service at a retail level these days. Congrats to who ever hired these two and I can’t wait to shop with them again.

I really wish I had got her name, she is in the lingerie department. I think she had been there for about 7months, African American lady. She was so helpful and nice. Thank You for your help

Megan in Black is the BEST STYLIST EVER. She lit up when we told her we needed to dress my son for an upscale private dinner meeting.

Megan was truly patient and her expertise is unmatched.

Megan gave us such excellent suggestions that we bought an extra shirt and a belt.

She went above and beyond and my son will look so Dapper and Debonair for this important dinner meeting. Thank you Megan and thank you Nordstrom!!

We enjoyed our lunch at the Nordstrom cafe upstairs but it was very strange the bathroom had no paper towels, only a roll of toilet paper to dry your hands, please fix that, that's really embarrassing, thank you!!

They have a larger selection of fashion and a rage of prices to select from. and if you need you can get assistance from a fashion consultant.

My friend got her pants hemmed so I walked around while we waited. No complaints, would walk around again.

I've always loved shopping at Nordstroms. Great products and customer service, especially today. I worked with Kristin G and she helped me pick out a beautiful watch for my son. I had a very difficult time deciding between three watches and she knew exactly what to ask to walk me through it. I can not wait for him to open it! He's going to love it!

Clean women's lounge, delicious food at the Café, huge selection of shoes.

Ordered online and offered quick and easy pickup. Great signage to locate exactly where to go.
