Very helpful, friendly staff. They are always helpful and polite. Definitely recommend these folks for your cell phone needs.

My elderly brother's phone had some account issues. They fixed hin quickly, good customer service, very polite and understanding.

Bob and Mina are very helpful. This is my families go to store. They are very patient, caring and knowledgeable. They are not pushy which I greatly appreciate. Thanks guys!

Mina and Bob were fantastic. Helped me with a new phone when mine broke. Made the process very easy and transferred all of my information for me on the spot. They were very knowledgeable and were helpful explaining everything to me. I would recommend going to this store with anything you need. Wonderful experience.

He talk to much about T-mobile 5G home internet and how it's work for every one in latterly 5 munites setup with only $ 50,00 month even with the customer went to make payments I know it's his duty to explain and push sales but I'm happy with the internet provider that I'm with also that all new Samsung don't come with wall adapter not nice but he explain how I can use my old Charger because I don't want to buy another one thank you for helping me transfer my data thank you for your patience customer service above beyond

Believe it or not I was about to change this carrier went to this location asking for my account number and pin he was nice enough to get me back with his official answer and smile that you feel I'm not just another sale for him mina that is the name in his badge answer my question and upgrade me from old Samsung phone to 5G phone and transfer all my stuff including my text messages do appropriate your service sir and thank you for the up standard customer service

Allison took great care of us. We got two new update phones on our existing acct. She transferred all our contacts and pics with a breeze She was so pleasant to work with and sweet as can be.thank you

I posted a review yesterday concerning an issue we had with this location and need to change my review. Our initial experience was less than pleasant as far as the way things were handled. However, I was contacted very quickly to resolve the issue. I spoke with two gentlemen this morning that assured me the issue will be resolved and that this location will be coached about customer service. Based on my conversation this morning I am changing this review to a five star as I firmly believe they will follow through and make things right. We have been customers of Metro for years and appreciate the outreach to resolve the issue we had.

I had a wonderful experience at Metro With Mina. He was so helpful and patient with me. I am older and technology is stressful for he. He made my transition from old phone to new smooth.
Also assisted beyond my phone and helped me cleanup an email issues.
I have returned for help again .
Wonderful help.

I do not understand how anyone couldn't be happy with Bob's services. I guess "what goes around comes around". Owner is pleasant to work with, helpful and knowledgeable. I have bought multiple phones from this store, as well as received help many times. I am very happy with MetroPCS in general too, have been a repeated customer for some 15+ years.

I bought a Moto g stylus yesterday and the manager was very experienced and helpful. There was a problem with my old number and he had to call corporate for assistance.
Many people wouldn't have known what to do or would have cared to help.
He got my problem solved and in a reasonable amount of time.
I'd not only recommend this metro but will go back if I need help.
I'm using my new phone now and this Moto g is awesome.
