Indian Rocks Thrift Center

Visited this thrift store just to kill some time as we always do. My son took a liking to one of the toys there ,a big red fire truck. I told my son that is just a little too much. We were trying to keep our budget under $5 so we could not get the truck. Brady The employee on the other hand saw my son have a complete meltdown in the store and took it upon himself to purchase the truck for him. What a absolute great gesture. Thank you Brady the employee for making my son's day.

I live on the other side of town but decided to go look for additional thrift stores! So I end up finding this one! It is very brightly lit! Very clean and well-organized! I did not find anything very interesting but I'm glad I know it's there!

I really enjoyed browsing through this place. The prices for the furniture were rather good, and their artwork selection was plentiful. If I lived closer, I'd frequent this place at least once a week! The staff were friendly, too.

Very large thrift "center" that's like a giant warehouse. All proceeds are donated to the Church! Tons of stuff to look through! Could almost spend a few hours here and get lost. Clothes are cheap but furniture is a little higher priced for a thrift store, though they do have some quality pieces. There's a section for everything. Even bought my beach cruiser bike here and I always like to stop in to see what's new! One of the best thrift stores around!

I have been going there for years ! I love the staff and Michelle and the prices are great and it's close to home. It is my go to when thrifting! Can't wait to see the new look!!

This thrift shop is clean, organized and mostly ran by volunteers.The profits go to help the community so be nice and put stuff back where it goes and if a piece of clothing falls off the hanger hang it back up. I have purchased some very nice things from this shop it’s my favorite shop in the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend you try it out.

Love, love, love this thrift store. I am not affiliated with First Baptist of Indian Rocks. I am writing this based on the enormous selection of stuff to be had. I'm a thrift store kind of girl. Some items are overpriced, but still worth it. Some items are way under priced. That is the way of it with any thrift store. The store is well thought out, which makes it easy to figure out where to find what you are looking for. Highly recommended by this thrifty but discerning shopper.

update: I changed my review to 5 stats. I have been there more recently and all was well..
Like most thrift stores, some items are priced reasonably, and others are over priced.. The store appears organized and clean, the associates are polite..but I think they may forget that not only are most items USED, there are people who shop at a thrift store BECAUSE they cannot afford to shop at the mall, or maybe anywhere else. I understand brand new items with original tags being priced a little more, but come on.. A boutique in a thrift store is still mostly USED items priced higher.. I love shopping in thrift stores and at yard sales because once in a while you find JUST what you are looking for, and hey, its affordable. Happy thrifting.

Large thrift Store. Something for everyone. Clothing, shoes, furniture, (no beds), books, paintings , kitchen appliances, jewelry, etc... Each week they have a board that they write special savings, like green tag clothing half price, or books half price, things like this. And the best thing is, that the money they make goes towards supporting the Missions. This is Christian owned thrift store.

I have been shopping at the Baptist Thrift store for about 30 years and have always enjoyed shopping there. I enjoy helping family find kitchen necessities when they are starting out or starting over. I have found wicker pieces for my mom. This week I found a silver charm bracelet that is the same style as my old one which my wrist outgrew. One time dad came home with a 50 cent side table that sat in his sun room.

We LOVE this thrift store!! While looking at the reviews we realized that many people think that it is overpriced. Personally the prices can be overpriced and under priced depending on what you find, but that’s fair. There is always something special and unique! We have never once walked out with nothing in our hands!

Love this place!! We moved here from Massachusetts a few months ago and in the process we gave most of our clothing items away!! I decided to poke my head in this thrift store only to realize that they are about the size of a grocery store, are pretty organized with a huge selection of everything! I appreciate this ministry being available since I was able to get a lot of really nice clothes for unbelievably cheap and have since gone back to build up my wardrobe and offer my son some toys. They have furniture, knick knacks, books, shoes, clothes, office supplies ... they have it all. It’s worth a trip just for the fun of it. Thank you Indian Rocks thrift store and it's volunteers!

Everyone that works here is very friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Very large store with lots and lots of goodies for everyone. They always have a half off deals on different things. Highly recommended.

Employees were very nice, the prices on the furniture is too high but the clothes and toys are fairly priced. There was a 50 cent special on clothes marked with a yellow tag. Very clean and organized.

You can get some really great deals on so many different items! There's always a daily deal to be had.

This is a great thrift store it is run by volunteers so the money goes to help missionarys. All Electrictronics are tested before their put out. Also toys are tested and new batteries put in if they have the batteries. They have prom dresses wedding dresses bridesmaid dresses.

I love thrift stores and specially this one. Very good merchandise and prices. The store helps support missionaries. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It's the first place I go. If I don't find there, then I go somewhere else.

Employees are all volunteers and always happy to be there. One of my favorite thrift stores to go to. You never know what you will find!
