Culver’s

The staff here is really friendly and the food is good.
I went through the drive through few weeks ago, ordered a Patty melt, and found it was missing the meat. I went back in and explained the situation, they apologized (trainee on the grill), made me a new sandwich and gave me some custard, on the house.
Unfortunately, they were so nice about it, I missed a golden opportunity for a Karen-style meltdown.

We were in town for my nephews racing and needed a quick, late night bite. We all decided on Culver's.

Dawson was a fun and helpful employee and made us all laugh. You could tell he was a leader as the people working with him were doing what they could to help him

We would definitely eat at this Culver's again should the chance arise.

Food and service are great. Dine-in can be a bit unclean during busy times of day. Full garbage, sticky tables, floor bits of food.

Best fast food burger in the Midwest. Always dynamite fresh and great service.

I wanted my first time at Culver's to be where it began. So instead of trying it out in Ohio, I waited until I visited Wisconsin. As a fast food place, it's fantastic. Having everything cooked fresh makes a difference. The cheeseburger was delicious and the real onion rings were fantastic. Loved the malt too!

Excellent for a late night snack. They did put mushrooms on one burger that was not requested, just required removal.

This is my go-to place when I am in town and want to get some food that I know will be good and won't have to wait forever to get.
Just like it seems with any Culver's there's a lot of younger high school kids working there and they do a really good job, my orders are always accurately received, the food is almost always to me within 5 minutes, served with a smile and asked if I need anything else.
I do find it somewhat annoying that a lot of other patrons can't seem to understand you can carry your tray straight to the trash on your way out the door dump it and then put the tray on top of the trash can this is not a restaurant where you leave your food on the table and that's why you don't leave a tip.

I use online ordering to skip the long drive thru line. Order online and arrive 8 minutes later and all of my food is ready. It's awesome 😎

Cashew Chicken Salad with raspberry vinaigrette is what I like and was made fresh for me. The Strawberry salad is good too!

Everyone was helpful and kind. The food was really good and nice quiet setting. As we were eating someone checked to make sure we were enjoying meal while they were cleaning tables and then another employee took our tray while my friend & I were having conversation. It was a very pleasant place to dine in.

Food was Fantastic! Employees were cheerful, kind, polite!! Restaurant was clean, condiment bar was fully stocked. Excellent!!

My first time having a butter burger, LOVED it. Concrete mixer was EVERYTHINGGGG. Only thing I didn't care for were the prices. But, not faulting Culver's for costs.

Great food and excellent service!

I've been to Culver's many times in my life. There's a good reason to. They have great food. The burgers are delicious, the other sandwiches are tasty too. The only thing I haven't tried is their fish sandwich. I have a hard time eating fish less than a few miles from the ocean.

The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and helpful. I recommend eating here.

The curd burger. Yum. 10/10 on the curd patty. The only ONLY bummer? The lettuce. Since COVID I taste the lettuce like it's been bleached. I'm bummed cause I remember it being good. Same with taco bell lettuce. But everything else is perfect. No ding in the establishment, I'm just sad it tastes funny.

Overall a great experience! Would prefer cheaper prices, but the food and staff are both amazing.

While other fast food chains are struggling on staffing, speed, and quality of food, Culver's in New Richmond is the exception. Whatever they're doing differently, is definitely working. Great food, friendly service! Stop looking and go here!

I have been to this location several times. Although the food can sometimes take a few extra minutes and can be pricier, it has always been and I hope always will be worth it! I highly recommend the frozen custard and cheese curds! I normally don’t like crinkle cut fries but Culver’s makes them tasty! Also, the customer service has always been kind and considerate. I will definitely be back to this location!

Wow I guess this was my first time at Culvers. It was a great experience. You place your order go sit down and they bring it to your table. Everyone was so friendly . I will be back again soon.
