The service at this new location is excellent. There was no long line for the drive thru and I was able to get my food and head to work. They also gave me a Dunkin' rewards card to download app earn points. really like staff and management.

Stopped by here yesterday and the employees were so sweet!! I love good customer service, will make the drive just for that!

Dunkin' just opened their newest location in Marvin, NC and I decided to stop by and check it out. Since they are doing their grand opening, I won't make this a long review but just state my first impressions.

The restaurant is obviously clean, well stocked and everything is in order. The service was quick but there weren't a lot of customers there so that may have helped. The cashier had a couple of hiccups with imputing the order but made up for it by offering an upgrade.

The donuts were good and tasted fresh so big check in the food. The atmosphere was quiet because again there weren't many customers so ambiance is really unknown at this time. Overall, I had a great first impression.

i like this place and the workers because they’re extremely nice to everyone, but the manager that’s there it’s extremely rude. she just thinks she’s above everyone and just a bad manager. please get rid of her so that this place can be a five star again 🙏

I just got my drink and my drink isn’t even filled to the top … and this drink was almost $8…. very disappointed. many other dunkin’s around to give business but i wanted to try this one because it was closeby and convenient.

I’ve had two hot sandwiches. Both were cold on the inside.

The bagel was burnt and hardly any cream cheese. Couldnt even eat it.

I've been coming here probably weekly for the last month. My coffee is usually not made to standard like other Dunkins, but whatever, they've been nice enough, and it tasted alright, so I didn't really mind. My coffee today though was undrinkable. It was, without a doubt, the worst coffee I've ever had anywhere. Worse than Folgers 😂

Today, I decided to go to this new location with my children, what a big mistake. Bought a dozen donuts, 10 munchkins, and 3 drinks. A young man selected the foods for me (he was very nice) but the manager decided to do the drinks. She came out from nowhere so I didn’t know if she was doing some dirty tasks in the back of the store. She took 3 plastic cups and hold the cups with all her 5 fingers inside the cups, and proceeded to put ice in all the cups, still with all her fingers inside the cups. I told the young man that I don’t drink from cups that had fingers into them. When he expressed my wishes to her, she laughs out loud and made a couple of grimaces and then proceeded to lie to me by saying that she didn’t have her fingers inside the cups, when 2 seconds earlier she had her 5 long nail fingers in the cups. Unbelievable!
She told me “don’t tell me how to do my job, I have done this job before” when I told her that putting fingers in cups isn’t hygienic. You pick up glasses like that when they are dirty, 3 or 4 in one hand, not when they are clean and to be serve to customers.
I told her that it was ashamed that this new location was managed by someone who obviously didn’t care about customer service, customers, hygiene, and had no problems lying to get out of a situation. So, new location but very bad manager who no longer care about customer service, and hygiene. What a pity.

Rude and inconsiderate. Manager and personnel. You’re in the hospitality business. Your employee gave me attitude based on my best description of a donut I’ve seen once. With a previous order. Your response should be “ I’m sorry “. The end. Not a justification of it.

Some advice. 1. It’s difficult to hear when ordering. There’s road noise. Speak up. 2. Get a better menu with descriptions. But don’t blame a buying customer on his 3rd order of the day. For the record. I buy these donuts for kids. They’re not for me. 3. Never ever give a customer attitude.

The manager said she was listening. Maybe suggest I / customer come in. To visually see the donuts. I would have.

The absolute worst dunkin in the state. Couldn't get anyone to take my order when the keosk wasn't working. Just lazy rude management

Rudest manager I have ever encountered, you are not allowed to ask any questions. They cut you off and order you to work on the machine.

Coffee was horrible.
