I really enjoy CVS they do a great job with managing my prescriptions the prices with my insurance and Medicare supplement are awesome and a variety is super I find the folks helpful and the managers are extremely conscientious! I especially like the friendliness and helpfulness of the pharmacies staff they're always willing and able to help with any questions.

On Tuesday, 11/28, my visit was great. The cashier was great. He also came around the counter and helped me find the item I was searching for.

I almost left without purchasing anything. I’m so glad he was there!

Rankin Mill Rd Store, Greensboro. Ms. Judy at front of store and Ms. Karen in pharmacy make my shopping experience here very delightful by providing excellent customer service.
Customer service is important to me especially since I've worked at Lowes Food Stores at one time and we at (Lowes Food Stores) focused on customer service which I enjoyed providing. All retail stores should be training and providing this.

I've never had any problems shopping at this location. The customer service is awesome and products are easy to find.

I was very satisfied with my service. Desmond, Darren and Tina were all so very helpful. Desmond was very polite and friendly. Darren corrected a difficult transaction with a warm smile. Tina gave some tips that will help me save time and money. This type of service will make me return and tell my friends to shop here too.

I’m grateful for Taylor, the young man that greeted and help me, and the young lady in the pharmacy! They made this experience an absolute pleasure. I was feeling bad and they were patient and helpful! Thank you to this amazing TEAM!

Front of the Store: Sondra at the front of the store has been there at Hicone and Rankin Mill for a long time. She is the BOMB!!!! Always smiling funny pleasant Best cashier I know and I love going in to see her and buying to my Hearts content!!! You guys would not survive without her!!!! Bless her heart I hope you folks at CVS pay her well, she deserves the very best in money! I love this woman!!! I want to recognize her as an exemplary work personality and all that God has given her!!!! Lucky Folks CVS!!!! Don't ever let her go!!!!! Another one is Talin the Manager!!!! Bad to the Bone!!!! Excellent Mgr the best this CVS has ever had!!! He is always on his game!!!!! He is another one that you don't want to let go of!!!! Hats Off CVS for these two Employee's who work hard, great personality's loving precious sweet and all the rest!!!! I am a Fan of this CVS!!! The pharmacy since Crisite Nicks has left has gone from Great to Sorry!!!! You should have made sure you kept her!!!!! She had that pharmacy in tip top Shape!!!!! God Bless this store!!!! The best CVS in all the world!!!!!!

Well stocked. Clean store. Pharmacy was exceptionally helpful. Convient Redbox location. Beats going into town when all you need is right in your own back yard.

Loved this location. I never had a bad experience with the pharmacy or the store front.

Drive thru for the pharmacy was usually pretty fast too

The people at this CVS are always friendly and sincerely want to help customers. They always look for ways to help their customers save money & time.

The technician in the pharmacy today(Wednesday 3/10/21) was super helpful and friendly with the drive thru testing.
