John made the whole process smooth and stress free! He was willing to go above and beyond on our purchase. He let us try out all the beds and then helped us narrow it down to the perfect mattress and base. Even though the base wasn't in store, he went out of his way to pick one up from another store and then delivered it straight to our house! He is truly an amazing man. 10/10 would recommend! He's definitely earned our future business! He definitely deserves the 5 star reviews!

We’ve been in desperate need of a new bed for years but have put it off because we were overwhelmed by the many options and frankly don’t like to shop. I came across John’s Facebook page and I’m glad I did. We were able to choose from many options in a less overwhelming setting. It was super convenient. We had one on one service, where we could take our time, try out all the beds and ask as many questions as we needed to. John was very informative and most importantly, friendly. It was such a great experience and the bed is amazing. I wish we had found Mattresses by Appointment Chickasha sooner.

We had a great experience purchasing from John at the Chickasha store! He took his time to get acquainted, telling me a bit about him and his family and showed great concern for our family. He explained the differences in mattresses and offered to pull out any bed that was not already set up. It was nice to shop in a personal atmosphere without pushy sales associates. John delivered and stayed to help set up a bed frame and carry in the mattresses to the individual rooms. We greatly appreciate the care he gave us, his honesty, and the mattresses are wonderful!

💥 Bruce and I have put off buying a new Mattress and came across John's website that a friend had liked. I took a chance and called to see what they had and told him what we needed. When we got there he already had the beds picked out that he thought we would like and gave us very valuable information about them all. Thought I gave this gentleman a review months ago but I was wrong. I have recommended my whole family to go through him. He helped us out when we needed a mattress but most importantly helped our grandma out with sleep apnea. I will forever by a mattress from John!
