The Rep, Carli Brooks, I got to work with was great!
Got to me quick, like right at the door! She had my new line added and even found me some other savings I was missing out on, and got me out the door QUICK which was what I needed!

She was pleasant to work with and I hope any time I may need help in store the other reps are as awesome as Carli was in the Chickasha Store!!

Jakob and Carli were both Very knowledgeable and provided excellent service to both my husband and myself. We were pleased with upgrades to the Galaxy S24 plus phones.

I stopped in because my phone was having some connection issues and Chris answered all my questions and was an amazing help! He took the time to make sure I understood what was going on and if that issue came up again what to do! Thank you so much Chris!

Excellent service from Store Manager Thomas Phillips, Chickasha Oklahoma. A store employee I tried to deal with was little to absolutely no help and basically responded to me he was Union. I would suggest more customer service training.

Came in for an upgrade and Alex and Carli both helped me better understand how my plan was going to look and help me find my best option! Both very enthusiastic!

Chickasha Oklahoma AT&T - Jakob was very friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. He was very knowledgeable about the phones and accessories we were asking about (iPhone 15). He set our new iphone 15s up quick and had us on our way. He has a very outgoing personality and is easy to talk to! He kept a smile on his face and had a positive attitude. Jakob is a very good hand for AT&T and he should be recognized by the company

Alex was amazing to work with and super helpful I would highly recommend going to him for your needs. We ended changing from Verizon because he was better and more helpful then them!

I had a couple really bad experiences at this store. But yesterday a very kind young man , I believe his name was Deon, he saw I was struggling and he went out of his way to help me when others were saying there was nothing they could do. He saved the day and helped me have a little faith in humanity again! A huge thank you to him!!

I had a rough experience with a charge that was placed on my account that should not have been. Abigail in Chickasha was so very helpful through the whole experience. Even though she wasn’t able to take care of it herself she repeatedly help me find who to contact and gave me advice and support all along the way. Thank you Abigail!

I always have the best experience when I come in here. But Alex went above and beyond for me hands down! I had my 2 toddlers with me and they were a handful. But Alex was so patient and kind with me and my girls as he helped us get our iPad Mini! I recommend this store and Alex as your sales associate to anyone! Thank you so much Alex, we appreciate you!!
