I am very impressed with the people, especially the manager, at my local
store. I was assisted from the moment I walked in and they were busy already. She listened to what I was saying and gave me so much information, it was great! And so, now I could make my own decision with my new found knowledge. This girl is great at customer service, I’ll definitely be going back to this store. And now my grandson will be happy and that makes granny happy.

Good variety and friendly staff. Prices are same as buying online. Employees are not able to negotiate prices. Tried to buy a large bundle, but couldn't give a discount. Appreciate they have some old stuff like Atari, Colecivision, etc.

Incredible selection of games for all systems! From Atari 2600 - Current Gen PS5/Series X games, they have it all. The employees were absolutely delightful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience! Depending on where you live, this location might be a bit of a drive, but it’s definitely worth the trip. While other locations are lacking many of the mainstream consoles and popular games, this one had a huge selection of everything, including original Sega consoles, Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, Wii, Wii U and more.

When you have an issue they always call you back. They care about their customers. The manager is wonderful and doing a great job and wonderful with customers (including children.) By looking at other reviews I can see why Dakota Myers has his job. He is very nice. I would save money by shopping here.

Great place to find all the older gam3s you enjoy and you can even make some extra cash for your games,and systems that you just don't need anymore Love it

Nice people and love their prices and the place is just as people friendly. And they also have a good deal all around on games and movies.

I wanted to give an update on Game X Change. They just recently made some huge improvements to the place. New things all around the store. With a nice setup for friends and family to hang out. So stop by take a look at the new setup and I am sure they would love the support as well. To make far more better improvements. But I will say they went from a five star, to a 10 star store in my book. And thanks for the reviews hope to see all of you there.

The staff is always nice to the customers. We all wind up laughing by the time we are leaving. They are also very helpful. If I ask them about a certain they will look for it and give me advice on what to play. I have not once heard them be disrespectful to a customer. And when I asked them about some Spider-Gwen comics they showed me a site that will send them the comics you're looking for if they do not have it. They are really kind and helpful.

I love Game X Change. They're a nice bunch of people. They gave me fair prices for things I needed to sell, they remember me and my interests when I come there to shop. I always feel welcome whether I'm browsing and talking or giving them my patronage. They know how to treat a customer.

Super cool place. They buy and sell various games and devices. And you get a decent price too, unlike any other store out there.

The Game X Change is really the ONLY local place like this. They trade in a LOT of used merchandise, from video games to toys to comics and more. Ive purchased games there and two systems, plus a lot of movies and other items.

The good thing about the place is that I'd you have an issue with something, you can exchange it for weeks after. This makes picking up used items much less of a risk.

Much rather give these guys my businesses than going to a gamestop. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, prices for both buying and selling seem much more reasonable and a pretty good selection. As the games are used inventory fluctuates, so I pop in every now and then to see what games they got in.

This place will surprise you. From any kind of retro gaming to the very latest releases, this store is a complete gaming experience. I was amazed at the game exchange prices and when it comes to buying your stuff, these guys give twice the $$$ that gamestop does. My family have been customers since week one. The staff is completely dedicated to your gaming/media experience and my kids love it and thats all that matters.highly recommended

This place is a 5 star place. Friendly employees, great game selection, you cant practically sell or buy anything that goes with devices, and you can also make new friends in the process. Great place and the prices are fair and when you sell something you won't get much but they'll hold it for you so you can pile it up. They give you better deals than Gamestop anyway.

They always have everything I want.. I've never had an issue with something being bad and not working.. and their policy is if you buy a game and for some reason doesn't work you just bring it back and I'll just give you another one it's like that with everything they usually check everything before they even take it if it's a trade in they're pretty reliable easy to deal with

Would shop there more if Leslie didn't work there.... (UPDATE 2019...and now I do. I wish her nothing but the best, she improved before the end, but it was a major reason for not shopping there for years and why my initial rating was 1 star. No disrespect intended. Customers should always be treated like kings, even when the staff doesn't like them.)
