Battery end came off, again. First in Pigeon Forge advance there was helpful and put it on. Mcminnville one said he couldn't do it. He a young boy. So me and a woman co-worker put it on. Really hope he reads this. Went today d it battery end Rick put one in for me and cleaned posts. Under warranty so was replaced. Mcminnville store is awesome. Thanks Rick. Rick and his crew are now AWESOME.

Rick is the sweetest and best! If you go and have questions ask him! He made a simple package return easy, and you can tell he is an honest man.

I will go to the store in McMinnville where they are nice, and friendly. But not Smithville, last time I went to Smithville store one of the workers looked at the vehicle, woman manager made me prepaid for the parts, and I didn't even need them and then told me that I couldn't return them , It was out around 250.00 .. have not been back to the store since.

Great place to get the parts I need. All of the staff members are always willing to go the extra mile. A guy named Josh helped me out with my brake light switch, huge thanks!

This is a very great store to get your parts the associate that helped me his name was Steven he was such a nice gentleman he took the time to look at my radio and got it working again I am very pleased I would recommend this part store to anyone thank you all so much

Went in for a battery test. Ended up needing a new alternator. They not only had it in stock, they installed it for me too!!! Ecstatic!!! Thanks Advance, and Jeff!!!
